A friendly Amazon associate was kind enough to refund the purchase price after I spoke with them. I would like to order more, but I am not sure if I want to take the risk. There's no getting around the fact that it's a little pricey. In the bread delivery, mold had covered it. Through Amazon, I tried returning the product but the system says I am not eligible to return it. The automated help section of Amazon says that I will get a refund and do not need to return the moldy bread (so I'm giving it a 2 star rating instead of a In no way will I ever order baked goods again through Amazon. It is now possible to upload photos to this review after Amazon allowed me to upload photos of the moldy bread.

Although the pizza's weren't quite what I had expected, I have learned that you never get what you expect when eating gluten-free. Although I did not expect them to be so good, they ended up being a really pleasant surprise Additionally, I use them to make burger buns, for which they are excellent, but my favorite use for them is to spread peanut butter on them in the morning. My stomach is not well and I have been missing bagels. I have found some gluten free bagel sources but all of them have terrible reviews, complaining that the texture is bad and the bagel is too crumbly. This kind of thing won't do! This has this nice, almost chewy outside which gives way to a softer and airier interior. I am glad I tried them out and am really glad I did!.

Having ordered three packs at once is the first time I have done so. The expiration date on the package is September. I followed the directions on the packaging for storage. I am 26. When I went to open another package today, I found it very moldy and it upset me so much. Freezing my gluten free bread is my usual method of storing it. However, this time the manufacturer indicated that it is not necessary to do so. The roles that I play are my favorite. Thanks Theresa Worsley, I would appreciate it if you could let me know the best way to keep them from spoiling before they are opened.

As someone who has been intolerant to gluten for over 15 years, I have witnessed gluten free products evolving over the years. Since the advent of 'bread' products, sandwich rolls have improved greatly, but I was unable to find one that wasn't too dense and heavy until I discovered these. Compared to ordinary bread, these rolls are much more fluffy, which makes them ideal for hamburger rolls.
