It is worth a shot! The Walnut/Original cake from my Grandmother's in New England is the one I have ALWAYS sent to my grandparents every Christmas, but my husband and I have discovered that the Patriot cake is the one we LOVE the most. To that end, let me say this. To be honest, I took a leap of faith by sending them the Patriot cake this year - hoping not to It's easy for people to become used to their traditional way of doing things, and I know that some people don't like going against the grain. The problem with old people is that they tend to become arthritic more quickly. I love it. As a consequence, my Grandmother told me that my Grandpa is usually the one who gets to eat the biggest share of the Christmas [food]fare, and she prefers to stay away. I was bummed until she told me that she had tried the Patriot cake when it arrived and that it has since deteriorated. She adores this coffeecake and I can be confident that she will be happy to receive it as a Christmas gift. The two of them will have a lot of fun! I encourage you to try this coffeecake even if you are not a coffeecake guy or gal It's kind of- You will certainly not be the same person after reading this article. The coffeecake is so amazing that I've never craved anything else like it. A spiced sauce between the two The buttery top of this cake is topped with a pile of sweet blueberries and tart cranberries, and yes, they will call to you from the kitchen at all hours of the night to be eaten!.

Excellent coffee cakes can be found at coffee shops. I'm not a fan of this one.
It is the best coffee cake Grandma has ever made. Every time I leave the house, I always take one with me. This product will stay very well in the freezer or even the refrigerator for a few weeks (if it lasts such a long time). Make sure to try the other Grandma's coffee cakes since they are also really good. Definitely one of the best.
I think they should have made a bigger cake for the price.
The holiday potluck that worked for the office was excellent.
