I think it is not the best product

It arrived really warm and the individual packaging was bloated. Was the shipping temperature too high? I tried a piece of cake and it was extremely dry and not enjoyable. I ended up throwing it away.

The flavor is like cardboard, almost like a brick

The quality is also bad. I found them to be extremely dry and there was little or no cheese flavor to be found at all in them. The shortcake tasted like dry shortcake without the strawberries. I would not recommend it.
