The food is shipped frozen in a special, protective, stay fresh container - the food may arrive cool to the touch. A total of 12-14 people can be served by this 3 lb, 8 inch pizza. The Kof-K certifies this dairy as kosher. Unless otherwise noted, orders will ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays via 2-day service. I love the cheesecake, but not so much the price and the speed of shipping. If you order in advance, you'll have time to make changes. It usually takes several days for them to ship after an order has been placed, and they will not ship any sooner than that. If I pay 57 dollars for a cheesecake, I expect it to be of excellent quality and timely delivered. In addition, there is a shortage in shipping, which makes the price too high.
