These products are so bad and way too expensive for the poor quality that I will never use them again

The cake was not what they advertised as the seal was open and did not keep air out. I've tried contacting the Nothing has been heard from them. The only thing that is known about this company is that they're awful.

We received an item that wasn't as described on the website. I thought it was just a touch thicker than an inch it was not 2 inches thick. As I gave this to a friend for their 40th birthday, I felt terrible about it.
