Greetings and thank you for your interest in our products. The 8 OZ jar of Honey Pearls contains about 80 servings at 2.25 OZ each. The serving size for loose product is 8 grams. As a single serving stick containing 40 individually wrapped single serving packets, Honey Pearls are available.

Would you be able to use this to decorate cupcakes, cake etc., in place of ?

Pearls are similar in consistency to granulated brown sugar, but have no coating so they will melt. They say they are a pearl but they are probably just coated granulated brown sugar.

A sample of this product was given to me at a spa and I loved it so much that I ordered it when I got home. Alternatively, you can use honey pearls that are easy to dissolve in hot drinks, which melt easily and provide a clean taste. I understand that there is sugar in the ingredients, but it is how the honey crystallizes. It would be great if there was a way to create this product without sugar while still having the same flavor. I still think it is worth the order because I love.
