It looks like a green tea, and the dominant flavor is a grassy earthy green. As an avid tea drinker from all over the world, I typically enjoy oolongs. However, this tea was not enjoyable or recommended for anyone looking for an oolong taste.
It has a delicate flavor that appeals to me, but if you prefer a stronger brew, this is not the tea for you. The same is true of Tie Guan Yin - I enjoyed it as well I am drinking tea from Tealyra, which is made up of Osmanthus Gui Hua and Iron Goddess of Mercy. It is not the strongest tea in terms of flavor, but one that is very good nonetheless. It's like a nice white tea, delicate.
