A bad thing There is no way to brew cold with this grind size I end up with a lot of fine sludge in the bottom of my cold brew pitcher when I use this ground coffee option compared with others. Cold brew coffee has become my favorite substitute for iced coffee because it has a bitter aftertaste. However, you have to steep the coffee for 12 hours to make it as strong as you like. Amazing how much can be accomplished within 24 hours. I love the way the refrigerator smells when I open it. The flavor of this brand is smooth and delicious, and I really like it. It is not at all necessary to add oatmilk or creamer to it when desired, so I do it only when it's just a little vanilla flavor. The manner in which it was written was perfect. Despite the fact that it never survives that long, it holds up for up to two weeks. My favorite method of brewing coffee is to refill my maker with bottled water after the first "pot" is finished and then use the coffee grounds a second time. It isn't as strong as the first, but I still like.
