The tea works well in the morning to get you ready for the day, and in the afternoon after a hectic day, it can be soothing and calming. It is hard to pick a better tea out of the two.
When I went to buy it, I was expecting the bigger box with wrappers, but I got a smaller box without them. The tea bags will still be kept.
There's something about English Tea #1 that reminds me of their English Breakfast. ET #1 has a touch of bergamot that's barely noticeable in most cases, not quite I find EB to be a bit bitter and stronger flavored than I like, which I do not like.
100 tea bags are included, so each bag serves two cups of tea or one mug of tea.

There is no imbalance in 1 It's a brisk black tea with just enough bergamot for some lovely aroma and some citrus flavor- A zingy floral flavor. I like that there is a reasonable price point attached, which makes this a favorite Tea time is our favorite part of the day. It has about the same amount of bergamot flavor as Ahmad's English Afternoon Tea. Ahmad's Earl Grey Tea has a stronger bergamot flavor and a bit more tannin bite. There are 2 types of tea in this blend, but the Ceylon blend gives a better iced tea taste because the base is lighter and smoother.
I always buy this brand of tea when I'm preparing an english breakfast. There are no wrappings on the tea bags and they come in cartons so they inevitably smell strongly of tea where you store them. In the end, I grabbed a Mason Jar that was huge and stuffed all the tea bags inside.
The number of Ahmad. Drinking it is a staple of my life (hot or cold). It would be nice to try a variety of brands and "formulations" of black tea. Ahmad's English Tea No. 12, no matter what I try and how much I enjoy it, is my favorite tea. I always feel more energized in the morning due to the aroma of the tea and the smoothness of the beverage But, it still calms me down in the late afternoon and early evening when I have been busy all day. It is important to me that I understand why this order is wrong. However, I wound up with English Breakfast, a pack of 20 teabags for the price of 100. Additionally, a tag on the box even states that this box of 20 teabags is actually supposed to contain 100 teabags, as shown in the photo.
A tea lover of 60+ years, I enjoy many kinds of tea. It is my pleasure to try many types of tea from around the world. The black tea I prefer is the one I have settled on. It is surprisingly tasty whether it is hot or iced. Ahmad English tea #1 is by far the best choice. It's hot and humid in Alabama, which means I have to drink cool drinks in order to make it through. Earl Grey was never a favorite of mine because I could never quite drink it due to the strong aroma of bergamot and the way the flavor reminded me of grandma's knicker drawer. I love the undertow that this tea has, it's just woozy enough to be appreciated without being too floral. Teas don't always taste as delicious as they smell, but this one does. Individual foil packs of tea were available there. In a box of 20, each one contained 20 teabags. The tea that some were drinking was outdated, as they complained. My box expires in July of 2017.
