Propel, 3 Flavor Variety Pack, Zero Calorie Sports Drinking Water with Electrolytes and Vitamins C&E, 16.9 Fl Oz (12 Count)

The following is an alternative to Gatorade that some have suggested to me. Having made a really good deal on Amazon, I bought a 12 pack of Berry (really good price). I took a sip out of it and was instantly hit by Acesulfame! Having lived in America for the past 20 years, I have learned my body doesn't like aspartame. The first taste we got out of Berry Propel was similar to that of ASPARTAME, with an artificial/chemical taste. It didn't seem like ACESULFAME was just another name for ASPARTAME, so I looked it up. There is no similarity in the chemical composition of the two. I had a similar reaction for me as I would after consuming artificial sweetener. There is a bad smell of artificial chemical and a strange nasal headache (like mild brain freeze) when using the product! If you cannot or don't want sugar, this might be a good option for you. I don't think I'm the right fit for this!.

Los Angeles is where I live, so I like these a lot. Being able to enjoy a cold one during the day is perfect, as it can get hot during the day. Only one advise is very important, and it took me a while to figure it If you have trouble sleeping, such as I do sometimes, it may not be a great idea to have these before bedtime. It felt as if the electrolytes would awaken me, which would make sense, given their function! That is the only thing you need to remember! Regardless of the situation, I would highly recommend it!.

I have been told by my doctor I need to increase my sodium and electrolyte intake. You can either drink Gatorade or Propel, according to him. It would be better to drink Propel instead of Gatorade, considering all the sugar it contains. In addition to grap, my favorite flavors are black cherry and grappa. The prices I see on Amazon are decent, so I'm more likely to order from here rather than Amazon. The difference in my feeling when I drink Propel vs water when I am outside in the sun is profound. I feel dehydrated and hot in the heat, and when I drink Propel vs water, my body temperature is much lower.

I have a garden and enjoy it very much. The taste reminds me of fresh strawberries. I have a garden and I have grown on my own. It is even more special when you freeze it for about an hour for a crisp and cold drink. A nicer way to lose weight is to eat nothing but nice.

Trying out different flavors is exciting. When I ordered the sweetened water, I did not realize it was sweetened. It reminded me of water with a dash of strawberry flavor, as many flavors of seltzer have. The first time I tasted the Propel, I was stunned. That wasn't what I was looking for. As expected, I found it overly sweet (because I expect it to be completely free of sugar). It wasn't bad to me after the first bottle, though I think it's a little overly sweet. I have to admit, I did not taste the berry flavor too keenly, and it didn't do much for my mood. In Propel, there is not a lot of potassium, and I am dissatisfied with it. All the vitamins in this product are water soluble, and the doses are not too high. The body needs this electrolyte to function properly. However, it is good to drink this water after a hard workout or after being in the heat to rehydrate and balance the body. If you used only sucralose as sweetener, the taste would improve. Even though there is only a small amount of that sweetener in each bottle, it's pretty nasty. The strawberry lemonade flavor is next on my list of flavors to try. The taste of this flavored water is still a bit unfamiliar to me.

The grape flavor is my favorite (but I only take it with water) & The drink includes electrolytes as well as vitamins and minerals You can get the other things your body needs using Propel is my daily drink and I have been doing so for close to 20 years now. It is very cold & I do not like it at all I put it in the freezer for 45 minutes, then I thawed it out We need to process the milk for 60 minutes until it is "slushy". In fact, this is the only product I have ever bought on a subscription so I don't have to keep bringing it to the store or reordering it every time I run out. A delivery of 2 12-inch DVDs comes to my house every 3 weeks A pack. We love how convenient it is and how inexpensive it is
