I was hoping to get a whiff of coconut. There was no trace of coconut in my mouth! I love coconut, and this is light and refreshing, but if you want a strong coconut flavor, this isn't it.
I bought 12 bottles for $12. Although the price has increased, it does not apply to just one bottle. It comes in a 12-pack.
I drank one or two per day, and they were extremely beneficial! They had also been suggested to me. The next day, I noticed a rise. They also assisted me in maintaining a sufficient supply throughout the duration of my child's breastfeeding. But each person is unique. Continue to try! You'll be able to find something that suits your needs!

This, I was told, assisted breastfeeding mothers in producing more milk. It had the desired effect.
I bought this to help with my milk production, and after just one day of drinking it, I went from pumping maybe 1- 2 times a day to pumping maybe 3 times a day. 2 oz. in three sessions to 8 oz. 9 ounces! For me, this is a huge step forward. With the pineapple in the fruit punch, I'm not a huge fan of the flavor, but the results are well worth it.
My only gripe is that I purchased this for $11 two weeks ago, and now it costs $20. I'm not sure why the price has risen so dramatically. I'm afraid I won't be able to purchase them any longer.

They help me maintain a healthy electrolyte balance, so I drink them. I'm from a military family that lives on an island in Japan, and it gets pretty hot here. I have one glass of wine. Depending on how active I am and how much I sweat, I drink up to two gallons of water per day. br>My three-month-old son is my pride and joy. I went from making two to four times as much. a total of 3 ounces of breastmilk per session, to a maximum of 5 ounces of breastmilk per session Per session, drink 6 ounces! br> In one day, I consumed four of these and produced 42 ounces of milk! I usually pump 6 times a week, so that was only 5 sessions. If I'm not too busy, I'll do it seven times a day. Unlike other electrolyte drinks, they don't make me feel nauseous. My only complaint is that they are so expensive; my favorite flavor is Strawberry Banana, but I also enjoy the Fruit Punch. I'm thinking about ordering a few more flavors to experiment with. br>With my other two children, I was never able to produce enough breastmilk, and I only breastfed them for two months. Now I'm able to save some for a freezer stash because I'm able to produce enough! br>Their flavor is something I really enjoy. Perhaps they will be able to develop sugar-free products in the future. Versions that are both gluten-free and low-carb are available. br>I would recommend these to anyone over any other sports drink.
With my SLE (Lupus), Sjogren's, and Crohn's/UC, this Bodyarmor sports drink has been extremely beneficial. Some days I can't even move, let alone eat. Of course, when I don't eat, my body becomes even weaker. This stuff is incredible. This tastes and feels good (and stays down) even on days when I can't stomach solids and nothing else appeals to me. Furthermore, the potassium and electrolytes help to eliminate/prevent the pains associated with lactic acid depletion. br>I love all of the flavors and have tried them all, but my favorite is the strawberry banana, which I bought by accident once and thought I'd hate (I'm not a big fan of bananas). But it's fantastic! br>On hot days, or days when I'm really sick and can't eat, or just when I want a sweet'snack,' I put a bottle in the freezer for about 2 hours, until it's slightly frozen (but not solid). Then I remove it and give it a good shake. When you drink it, it turns into a delicious slushy drink with flavored icy crystals. br>Also, for anyone else with Sjogren's syndrome, this drink is great for the horrible dry mouth (and the hydration seems to last about 3-hours). 4 hours). br>It's an unbeatable price. This is a big deal to me because I've grown accustomed to it. Then I became pregnant and learned that increasing your milk supply is recommended by lactation specialists. When it comes to hydration, one of these per day replaces the need for five bottles of water. It's super hydrating thanks to the coconut water, and the vitamins help too. It has less sugar and more "good stuff" than Gatorade. Pregnant and nursing mothers, athletes of all ages, and anyone suffering from dehydration as a result of an illness are all advised to take this supplement.
So I bought these to help me stay hydrated while breastfeeding because they had been recommended for lactation purposes. They are, after all, applicable to both!.
br>br>Not all of the flavors appeal to me. Strawberry banana flavor is one of my least favorite flavors. The flavors of orange mango and tropical punch appeal to me. br>br>However, I'll continue to consume these in order to aid in the production of milk. I'll let you know if anything changes.
