*The package calls it "Authentic Mexican Style Hot Chocolate Mix," not just "Authentic Mexican Chocolate Mix. ". The trick is to be very deceptive and tricky!.
For some reason, the flavor is more powdery and does not taste authentic like Abuelita's. As an owner of a coffee shop, we serve food like this every day, and we are completely unable to pass off this.
I thought it was a lighter cream, it tasted really cheap, and it weighed two ounces. Purchases should not be made. Rather than the bigger bag, you can get the discs.
Walmart sold me the small bags and the chocolate powder tasted like the tablets and was darker. In this bag is a powder that has the flavor of Nestle's.
I really like this mix because you can adjust how sweet it is according to your taste by increasing or reducing the powder and by adding water, milk, cream, etc. It's a great mix because you can adjust the amount of flavor though you have to experiment. We opened the package to find that the usps envelope had been open, so cocoa went all over the place! On the floor, in the envelope and on the counter, I probably lost about 1/4 of the package. As a result, I don't know if I would buy from Amazon again! (I didn't expect it to be found in stores, but it is.
I think you're able to do better than this, Amazon and Nestle. If you end up with images like these, then you should not put a pouch in a plastic shipping bag. There seem to be others who experienced the same thing as me. A portion of the chocolate powder has fallen out of the container. That's not right at all. The news disappointed me a great deal. This is the first time I've had an Amazon experience like this. Though she found the amount she tried tasty, my wife did not like the taste of the rest of it.
My favorite cocoa brand, Abuelita, came in a 2lb bag, and I was delighted to see it. In a sense, it tastes just like As for the flavor, it's just blah bland. When I compared the ingredients of the larger package to the smaller one, nonfat milk was at the top of the list while it was further down on the authentic tasting package. All of this isn't going to be much use to me. The 2 pound bags are still good if you stick to the smaller packages.
I was very disappointed with the taste! There is not much cinnamon flavor in this product. For my Mexican cocoa flavor, I needed to add cinnamon to my chocolate to achieve a real Mexican It is not possible to reseal the package. There is no way I would buy it.
