It may be possible for you to make lattes, just not sure what goes into them. In the past, I have made lavender lemonade and lavender tea with it.

Our entire order of syrups so far has been from It's good to have them. This flavor, however, is NOT for you! Due to a mistake by the seller, Moinin was accidentally sent to us and so we could Torani is gross in my opinion as well as my wife's. We've been using our Saeco Xelsis Evo for lattes for years, but this shreds the quality to nothing. You should at least try this flavor from Monin. Seeing the results as dramatic as they were, I decided to try more expensive brands that actually use lavender flowers, rather than cheesy purple colors and "natural flavors. ". The results of our lattes have been different from what I had expected when using the syrups. There are a lot of other brands with unique flavors I plan to explore.
There is a coffee shop in our town that serves lavender lattes, and we love it. Considering the price of a latte was 7 dollars, we were unsure how they managed to make it so tasty. When we found this syrup, all of a sudden we could taste it! In addition to Torani syrups that taste like hazelnuts and vanilla, we enjoy a homemade cherry syrup. This syrup tastes just like real soap, not like a perfume. The other syrups people talk about taste like soap, but this one does not. The time and money I've saved have both been more than worth it. Pour a few pumps of this and white chocolate syrup into your cold brew and you will get the same result as I did! This lavender syrup tastes amazing in coffee but beware, if you've never tried it, you might not be a fan! Those who have tried it with me said it tasted and smelled like soap. I personally love its floral taste and smell and like to add it to my drinks, but many others have complained. If it isn't your style, take a taste locally and see if it is for you. In most cases, when I purchase glass bottle syrups, I get a sticky or dangerous package. It was finally possible for me to enjoy my favorite coffee drink once more (lavender vanilla latte) after this bottle stood up so well through the abuse of my mail system. I want to thank whoever packed my stuff well! As for the syrup, it's worth mentioning that I've tried other brands and they've been a little soapy in after taste. I go with Torani! Although it has a strong lavender flavor, this syrup is very sugary. In reading the reviews and trying this and a few other lavender syrups, it turns out that I prefer the sweet and syrupy lavender syrup over another syrup that is less sweet and is more authentic. In addition to lavender teas, the Dutch Bros. company has other products that use the same syrup. I like coffee. Although the price is outrageous, the item is not really a bargain. The only reason I found out I could buy this same bottle locally for $7 was because I had purchased it via Amazon.
When I switched to this one from Monin Lavender syrup, I hoped the glass bottle would be more attractive. This wasn't the case, as the material was really flexible. Plastic is not a normal part of our household we try to reduce its use when at all possible. As well as using glass bottles for creating our own flavors, we prefer to use reusable plastic containers. In fact, the flavor was not as good as the Monin Lavender syrup, and we ended up using more of it in our recipes than we usually would. A lavender latte with two tablespoons of lavender syrup and two espresso shots and oat milk is one of our favorites.
