The Torani Salted Caramel I usually buy is good. In addition, I do not use the 1 oz serving recommended by Torani and these Skinny Syrups. That was the one time, in a 24 oz latte, don't forget! As soon as I tasted chemicals, I knew I was poisoned. That amount had to be diluted down to between 1/4 and 1/6 of that amount in 24 oz so I could drink it. Lol, I started out small with THIS syrup, A little over 1 tsp in a 24-ounce My only regret is that I forgot to test the flavor before I added the sweetener packet I normally add! just like the flavor in small amounts it's not quite sweet enough for me. As a matter of fact, I had to dilute the disgustingly sweet taste with a bitter one! I used 1 tsp in 24 oz of water and it was too sweet. I would have added a little salt to it but was afraid of making it any worse. It tasted like Karo syrup, without the taste of caramel or salt. Since my sweet tooth has regressed over the last few years, it might be a good choice for those who like really sweet foods. Having not been able to taste the caramel flavor it was supposed to have, I am thinking that I will use the remaining portion as a substitute As much as I like to avoid taking Ace K when I don't need it, I hate to consume it when it's unnecessary.
