The first thing I wish to point out is that I have been ordering this brand in the regular flavors from another Amazon seller since March. The issue or complaint has not been raised. The one that I accidentally selected was Here is the first outing from this venerable monk, of course it is vile, to say the least! it is putrid because of its taste or is it spoiled or old (expiration date is four months out and previous containers are not that old, just bought one in the store that is in Feb 2021 and this shipment is only two days old. 2) I don't understand why the taste is so awful. In the end, I forced down two containers of them and eventually ended up deciding that it was not fit to drink
So I am throwing the entire box away as a learning experience. I hate it!.

The company promised to refund my money, but they haven't yet done so. I am writing this to express my hope that they could see and refund my money. Because of the fact that I did not receive what I had hoped for / or had anticipated, they agreed to refund my credit card account and I could toss out the product and not return it. As of yet, I have not seen my refund and cannot get a hold of the company, so I'm a little unhappy.
