I'm 44 years old. Having grown up this way, I understand what you mean When I was a kid, I didn't drink water, but as an adult I did! I never will! Having never used it before, I don't know how I survived the day without it. It's amazing how good these are despite the fact that I cannot stand coconut water or milk. I like the Molokai coconut flavor the best. coconut lime and coconut pineapple are my favorites too. My girls love watermelon, and I love coconut lime. In the afternoon, I often grab one of these instead of drinking water, since I often want another beverage to quench my thirst.
