When I pull out a bar from my kid's backpack after being in the bottom of their books for a few weeks, it's like pulling a bar from their backpack.

Not happy at all. As I am currently in Afghanistan, these snacks are being sent to me. The package was supposed to contain 30 items, but I received only.

Review writing is not the norm for me, but I felt the need to do so here. Originally, I intended to gift my husband and daughter with the healthy snack pack as a stocking stuffer. It arrived on December 22nd, and the best by date on the box was listed as April 15th, 2018. One of the fruit snack packs was open and spilled all over the box when we opened it on Christmas. As for the other items, we assumed they were safe to eat since they were sealed. I found most of the items in the box to be I can't stress this enough don't waste your money. The best thing you can do is create your own healthy snack packs.

It would have cost me less to purchase these items from a local big box retailer and to have gotten the whole box. It was nice to see a variety but they weren't the healthy organic ones that I would have bought The retailer included three bars I would not have purchased at the store, but the three I did buy were healthier. Due to the price and the amount of sugar in them, I will not purchase these again There are loads of brands included here.

As described, everything arrived as described when I ordered the mix a few months ago. For my part, I counted the items and verified that everything was included (and it was) and that nothing had been mashed or smashed. My only observation was the expiration dates were within three months of the current date. These are all prepackaged items so their expiration dates tend to be longer, which led me to assume they package the oldest items first. Though it was not necessarily an issue since none were to or beyond the expiration date, it is still something to consider. There were some new snacks that I would not have tried before and I also liked that I was introduced to some new ones. I think the box is a bit misleading when it comes to the number of fruit snacks included and the high sugar content of everything in it. My only reason for purchasing it was not for health reasons, but rather as a snack for at work. But as far as that is a requirement, I think there are probably better solutions.
