A bit of a letdown

The following message was sent to my Air Force partner in technology school. In the box there were a few items not included. As well as the flavors, they were different. I would not order it again since I am not sure if the price is worth what is included. *The photo shows the snacks in the box, but not the large bucket of trail mix that was included.

I'm out of 25 plus dollars, can I do anything about it? These snacks aren't worth the price of a bag of chips, and I'm out of $10 worth of snacks? We do not offer any refunds or exchanges. There is nothing I would recommend about purchasing from this company or recommending anyone else to purchase from this company! I am outraged!.
