As it turns out, I was not prepared for the amount of salt that was in the curry. Vadouvan curry is a French version of Indian curry. It is the most important Due to the amount of salt in it, I used it as a rub on chicken breasts and they were inedible. They could have made it even better by removing the salt to make it a perfect spice blend. Salt should not be the main ingredient of an aromatic.
