Due to their delicate nature, we recommend hand washing our Kati cups rather than putting them in the dishwasher. They're made of food-safe ceramic, but putting them in the dishwasher could cause them to chip or crack.
Our KATI Cups are double-walled and do not have handles, which is correct.
This tea set includes a variety of blends, some of which contain caffeine.
This isn't a travel cup in the traditional sense. It has a lid that covers it but does not seal it while it is brewing.

The package was damaged when it arrived. It is possible that this is due to poor design rather than poor handling. or was previously broken and reassembled Don't take the chance because you're ineligible for a rerun and customer service is unresponsive. Purchase from a seller who is willing to take responsibility for any items that are broken.
It is going to catch fire. To begin with, there isn't a refund policy? What the hell is going on here? Second, the outside of this cup is extremely hot; the box claims that the double insulation keeps tea hot and cool on the outside, but it doesn't. For at least 5 to 8 minutes, the cup is virtually unusable, and the tea is lukewarm at best. When I tried to return it, I was taken aback when I discovered that there was no return policy. Because of the heat, it requires a handle.
It arrived broken, but it says I'm not eligible for a refund. I'm not happy at all.
This was packaged nicely in a small box and arrived in excellent condition! The cup, as well as the tea packets, impressed me with their quality and beauty. This was a gift for a tea lover, and it was a big hit. Everyone was curious as to where I got it! While I did not have the opportunity to sample all of the tea flavors, the recipient of this thoughtful gift raved about a few of them, so we decided to give them all five stars: ) I'll be buying more for gifts in the future, and I might even get one for myself! For a great price, this is a fantastic product.
After purchasing one for myself, I decided to purchase this as a gift. It appeals to me. It's of excellent quality, keeps tea hot for a long time, and is simple to clean. I wish it had a handle, but it is cool to hold. It has two layers of protection. It's a lovely present for tea connoisseurs. I'd buy more and would strongly suggest it.

The tea's added ingredients, which are primarily for aesthetic purposes rather than flavor, do an excellent job. These are without a doubt the most beautiful tea leaves I've ever seen. If only the taste was as good as the presentation. They're not bad, don't get me wrong. They had a great flavor. For me, it was a little too quiet. The tea didn't have a lot of flavor, and what I tasted didn't blow me away. I'm afraid I'm going to have to give the tea a 2/5 rating.
I bought one for my sister for Christmas, and she loved it so much that I bought another for myself. It is my preferred method of transportation. to the receptacle for brewing tea I've been using it every day since December, and the quality hasn't deteriorated! (Not to mention the tea. ) But the mug, in my opinion, is the set's true star.
I gave one as a present and kept the other! I absolutely adore it. Because of the tiny holes in the steeping cup, very little liquid gets through. I even open a tea bag and pour the contents of the tea bag into a cup. It's a cinch to use. The cup and lid are made of ceramic, which keeps the heat in the cup very well.
