In the recent past, I have not purchased any of them. In the downloaded ‘Gluten Finder’ App, I looked at a few of them. They were GF, based on what I checked.

You can get all of the Contents if you purchase them all. This is an excellent product. At least the ones left in the box once it arrived at my house! A piece of tape sealed this package, so someone must have got hungry at some point along the way and ate it They had to have a snack to get them through the day. The contents of the document were not all sent to me.
It's likely that you won't get everything shown in the pictures since many snacks are small. There are a lot of "mini" snacks in the box, so I'm not bothered by substitutions or whatever.

A good variety of snacks are available. The portions are small and not all granola bars are full size, but if you are looking for a nice variety of sensible portions, this is the bar for you! The reason I didn't read the description carefully is that I'm used to seeing Kind bars in a particular size. The Kind bars in this pack are really small - I'm not used to seeing them this small. The size of a deck of cards. It is not easy to find granted nuts at an affordable price, so with individual packaging, I can see why small scale snacks are expensive.
