There is no nipple on me.

It says "8 apple, 4 pear, 4 white grape" in the description, but customers have said otherwise. Does this come in four different juice packets? 16 total?

No, there will only be one 4pk juice, which is why I am returning it.

The description of this item on Amazon should be clarified, as it clearly states PACK OF 4. 4 juice bottles multiplied by four equals sixteen bottles! This is elementary math, after all! I'm sending it back for a complete refund.

This item's description is incorrect! It says it comes in a pack of four, but I only got two. I ordered two of these, so I was expecting eight packs in total. I would have bought it from another seller for much less if I had known it was only a pack of two! This listing should be corrected. It's a ONE-SIZE-FITS-ALL PACKAGE!.
