Questions & Answers

What is the calorie content of a glass of wine?

According to the label, an 8 oz glass has 90 calories in it.

How much sugar is there in this?

I don't know how much sugar is in this, but it's one of the worst things I've ever eaten. If you're trying to stay away from alcohol, you might be able to adjust. Take a pass if you don't know what you're doing.

Is there any sulfites (a preservative) in this?

That's correct.

What is the shelf life of this product, and how should it be kept?

I don't know how long it will last, but I'd keep it in the fridge like champagne. I stacked mine on its side and kept it in the refrigerator until I needed it.

Extra Sweet Juice is not recommended for those who prefer dry wine
3/5

I'm a big wine drinker, and I'm pregnant, so I thought this would be a good option to try. I bought it based on the best reviews for a non-alcoholic wine product, and one review in particular sold me, saying it was more on the dryer side, which appealed to me because I can't stand sweet wines or drinks. Bleh. That claim is untrue, as I will demonstrate. I could barely get through a few sips of this stuff, which tastes like sweet, sugary white grape juice. Because this is a Suttet Home product, which isn't at the top of the wine food chain in terms of brands, I was hesitant, and I should have trusted my instincts. If you like sweet wines and reisling, you'll enjoy it, but if you prefer Chardonnay and other dryer varieties, you'll be disappointed, as I was. What a waste of money and time to receive such a dreadful product!.

This is by far the best I've tried in terms of red and white
5/5

This isn't the case. I didn't expect it to have the same dry flavor as alcoholic brut champagne because it was alcoholic or "alcohol removed" wine. I'm pregnant and have tried a number of other NA wines, both red and white, and this is by far the best. It doesn't taste like a brut, but it has a light sweetness to it. To be honest, it tastes exactly like Tosi Asti champagne, which is a little sweeter than I prefer but when you're short on options, it's the best you can do. This champagne from the United States of America is the way to go. Try this with a little lime or other flavored sparkling water if you enjoy dry wines and champagne as much as I do. It's delicious.

WOW! That's close enough
5/5

It's Bellini time! I owe Sutter Home a debt of gratitude for putting this together. Champagne is one of my favorite beverages. I've tried every type of sparkling wine, Prosecco, and Champagne there is, in every price range. This will not fool a true champagne connoisseur, especially if you prefer dry, crisp, effervescent, and expensive champagne, as others have said. If you've only ever had cheap champagne at local bars or weddings, however, you'll be duped. Despite being a champagne snob, I am very impressed with this because I did not purchase it to be a dupe purist; instead, I purchased it to make mocktail Mimosas and Bellinis, which it does exceptionally well. This is for those of us who can't drink any longer but miss a brunch Bellini. To balance the sweetness, I added Torani White Peach, Peach Bubly Sparkling Water, and a pinch of lime. It's a dream-come-true-dream-come-tru I've been duped entirely. If you don't want a rowdy crowd at your brunch, this is the way to go. Despite being a little fruitier (think Martinellis), the bubbles are very accurate to the real thing, which is what I like best about this as a dupe. That's how much fun champagne can be! The bubbles aren't quite as fast or as tight as champagne, but they're close enough to the real thing. At last. . I'm allowed to drink another Bellini! Thank you so much, Sutter Home!.

Most people, I'm sure, would be duped by this! So here's the real deal: My husband irritated my pregnant sister-in-law last Easter
5/5

When he poured himself a glass, he had no idea he was drinking North American champagne (we're not aficionados). And I'm a big fan of it. I'm willing to bet that you could fool the majority of non-believers. There are champagne connoisseurs among us. It's not overly sweet (as is the case with most sparkling grape juices or ciders), and while it's sweeter than a true brut, it's not as sweet as a sec champagne. And, to be honest, it's still a tasty "grape juice" even if it doesn't fool your taste buds. It is unquestionably worthwhile to give it a try.

It's not exactly brute, but it's fun to play around with in mocktails
4/5

As a brut champagne, I'd rate it two to three stars. a different option It's far too simple and sweet to serve as a substitute. Prosecco-like would be a better term. ish. However, in mocktails, I find it to be a good substitute for inexpensive sparkling wine. With a dash of floral non-alcoholic gin Alternatively, you can make a teetotal French 75 with a squeeze of lemon and a small squirt of simple syrup. I can see a bellini or kir royale being made with other fruit syrups.

It's definitely worth a shot! Delicious as well as entertaining! This bubbly is delicious and fun to drink
5/5

This appeals to both my husband and me, and we appreciate the fact that it is NA. I stopped drinking over three years ago, and this allows me to enjoy the occasional bottle while remaining healthy. My husband and I have both been NA for 9 months and are very happy with it. It's on the sweeter side, so if you don't like sweet wines, this bottle might not be for you.
Edit: These bottles are VERY difficult to open, so invest in an electric wine bottle opener.

It's astonishment-inspiring! I'm not sure what's so revolting about this! I'm pregnant and have never had real wine, so I decided to give this a try on the spur of the moment
5/5

It's quite good, to be honest. Is it similar to a very light grape soda? It has a light flavor and no aftertaste, and the carbonation is excellent. br>br>It's not at all gross! Also, if this is considered "too sweet," I'm not interested in learning what they drink on a regular basis. I usually get nauseous from grape juice, but this one is light enough without being cloying or sweet that I'm downing the entire bottle in one sitting.

Excellent! For Christmas, I gave it to some non-drinking friends
5/5

I bought this brand because it had excellent reviews and none of the products were unfamiliar to me. It turns out that this is my friend's favorite, which I had no idea about. This was my first taste of it, and it tastes eerily similar to real alcoholic champagne. Nice ! This book comes highly recommended.
