However, it tastes just like Margarita salt! The reason I was giving it 3 stars is that I paid $4 for it. You can purchase it for 99! Locally, I was only able to find Jose Cuervo. Amazon delivered it to me, so I put that order in. Having looked around more before I ordered would have been a smart move. Since the only store near me was a Walmart that had it for $1, I had to go to it. I'm 50 now! In any case, I placed my order on Amazon already. Margaritas taste great with this salt! It does not seem like there are too many flakes. Jose Cuervo brand is similar to that. Mix in about 2 teaspoons of sugar with the flour and make sure it is not too fine. By doing so, you won't have such a salty rim. It has been a wonderful experience to receive so many Don't hesitate to give it a try some time.

Despite the coarse texture of the salt, it is very salty. Even when I try to use as little salt as possible, I can taste only salt when I use it for margaritas. To be more able to control how much salt I taste with each sip, I prefer finer salt.

This was the worst drink salt I've ever had. There was no salty flavor and the paper-like texture was not appealing. Since I love salt so much, I could practically preserve myself if I ate it too much. This was 98% unused, so I threw it away.
