It doesn't make sense to me what "this AMCCard" is. Pictured above is a set of 3 Subway gift cards I purchased from Amazon. The cards can be used in Subway locations in the United States.
In short, yes. You are paying $30 for three $10 cards, which is why you are paying $30.
I am not sure if this will help, but when I received my 3 pack, I opened it and called to check the balance of all three cards before taking them to my local subway station. Maybe the strip was just unable to be read by their system, or it was damaged. Hopefully, the money is there still. I wish you the best of luck

In Puerto Rico, where there is no power but the Subway is open, I sent these to some of my friends.
With the three cards and their registration on the website, I was able to get more value for my money As soon as I purchased my first card, I began receiving coupons from Subway that I would use with my next card purchases.
It was no problem for me to use them. My first action was to activate all of them right out of the package and use them without any trouble. Due to the fact that I was on a road trip and trying to stick to a budget, I was able to use the gift cards on several state subways.
My grandchildren love to receive these for the week--they are just perfect! Spending ends at the end of the year. Students don't have access to food at college during the week They end up at the same place, so they appreciate how convenient it is and how easy to use it is.
The reason we bought these is that we like to provide our trash guy with a little "thank you" every His favorite method for getting these is to get the two sandwich boxes since it is the perfect amount for lunch. The three pack is great because we can give it to more than one person or a few people at a time.
It is highly recommended that you buy gift cards from Amazon! I love how easy and convenient it is. It's nice to have the three pack as well!.
I gave these to my niece and nephew, as well as to my It was a pretty happy day for them all. This is a gift card for food that was given to 3 teenagers- Somehow, I don't think they are going to complain about being allowed to have free food.
When I bought this pack of cards to give to friends at work, one of them was not working. As far as I know, Subway couldn't help me, and Amazon said Subway had an issue with it. Don't give them away if you don't want to get sued.
