I usually give gift cards as gifts to people, but I never check to see if they are usable. It is not worth the price I paid for it. Until I got a call from the person who I was supposed to call. It did not contain the value that I had paid for it, according to the recipient.
We had one of those and had to call the customer service number on the back to get it resolved. To obtain the numbers required by customer service, you must use a coin and scratch off the back of the card.
As far as I'm aware, Red Lobster is the only restaurant that will accept them.
Darden gift cards are something I've never given anyone. Darden gift cards can be used at a variety of restaurants, and I believe a Darden gift card could be used at Red Lobster.

THE CARD HAS NOT BEEN ACTIVATED YET. WARNING: BE AWARE! On the first order for the Red Lobster gift card that I had purchased for my Mother, there was a mix-up. I placed two orders and only received one of them. br>br>After the first card was delivered, I contacted the vendor, who apologized for the inconvenience and offered to expedite a second delivery of two cards (rather than just sending the second card). The two cards arrived on the same day, so that's a plus. There is no need to be concerned. br>br>When I specifically inquired about the return of the first card, I was told not to worry about it and that she could simply keep it. Wow, I wasn't expecting that, but it's fine. My mother was overjoyed when I wished her a happy Mother's Day. br>br>Several "months" later, my mother goes on a trip out of town with friends, relying on the Red Lobster gift card, and is embarrassed when she is told she can't use the card because it hasn't been activated during check out. br>br>Isn't that a thoughtful gesture on the vendor's part? Instead of simply telling me to throw the card away because it isn't good and saving her the embarrassment of trying to use a worthless card after dinner with friends, she should tell me to throw the card away because it isn't good. The card, I'm told, was a thoughtful gesture of regret for the mix-up. br>br>Of course, mine was a unique circumstance. However, keep this in mind before making a decision. It is permissible to isolate incidents. Integrity, on the other hand, isn't something that can be taken for granted. br>br>Also, after reading reviews of others who had received unactivated cards, I decided to give it a shot. I'm not sure if it was on purpose that the card was not activated. In any case, this vendor is a bad business partner. Do you have a lucky feeling? Take a chance.

The card I received had a lot of scratches on it. dirty. I was curious as to whether it had been used! I was let down, especially since it was supposed to be a present.
It's easier to get to than the nearest RL, which is 15 miles away.
This was purchased as a present for my mother. She had no problems using it at a Red Lobster in her city!.
