A customer asked if the gift tag could be removed from this box, so I bought it. A gift tag is attached to the box and has to stay on there. If you take it off, you will destroy the packaging. It's a very disappointing experience for me.

Activating the gift card proved to be very difficult, I am There is a gift card for $500 that I have. There is an error with the $00 and it cannot be used. Can you please help me? I don't know how to proceed. A total of 2 calls were made to Amazon. The first time, the representative didn't answer, I hung up and called again, when another representative claimed the card had been activated when I called, I went to use it, and it was not activated. As a result of Amazon's promotion, I was able to get 2 for 40 on this item and the other $25 gift card. I was charged full price for both $25 cards if I bought 2, so I thought I would receive $10 back. As promised, nothing came out as planned.

May 9th would be close to Mother's Day, so I requested amazon delivery on that day. I ordered from Amazon on May 2nd, and I received it on May 3rd. The to or from indication was missing, so it is unclear who it is from or for. It's a bit of a poor system to use as a gift card and is presented poorly.

Mother's Day is the perfect time to give this gift. It's always a pleasure to receive packages from Amazon during the holidays. I was very happy with the presentation and the quick delivery. The order was placed six days before Mother's The shipping time for gift cards is supposed to be one or two days. Taking into account that I was out of town with my mother up until Mothers Day, the package came at the worst possible time.
