What a nightmare! I tried twice, and both times the same result. Upon calling customer service, I was put on hold by three reps who shared that there was one very angry customer who didn't want to hear about "elevating this to the gift card department". As a result of hours of telephone conversations with people I cannot understand because they cannot speak English very well, their solution is to send me a new card. Too bad I had to give it Message

Update It also shows zero balance since the card came with a new one. An employee of a customer service company tells us that THEY see a $200 charge. I replied that they had a $10. 00 balance on their systems, to which they replied It is likely the person to whom I give this will do the SAME thing I did, which is to check the balance and find it to be NULL! The convenience that comes with being able to purchase both products at the same time is great We can send it as a gift to the recipient. This is mainly because I feel like there should've been a gift card or something in the package that lets the person that receives the gift card know what's on it & how much it has. It doesn't matter how it's greeted or who's sending it. So far the only thing I have seen on these forms is a very poor slip that seems to have been copied from a cash register tape. Still, it does not seem to have a clear definition. In order for me to send it, I need to talk with the person to clarify what is intended & the requirements I'm not sure how much it is. The bulk of the gift card holders I found didn't stand out until I found this one - I knew I had to order it. I would definitely recommend it to others. I saw that my brother liked the packaging of it on his social media page and posted it there too. Considering this is a gift card holder, it is ridiculously cute and unique. And to top it off, who doesn't love Amazon? Made of sturdy materials and resembling a miniature cardboard box, the gift card holder is well-made and sturdy. On the "tape" of the box there is an excellent level of detail and it is magnetized as well. It was so cute I was going to order one for myself just so I could display it! It is one of those things where you say "get out of here and take my money!" It would be great if I could give this item 100 stars!.
