BUY a gift card only if you are feeling generous. It has to be a nightmare! I have tried twice, and both times the same results have occurred. My $200 gift card arrives, and I peel the sticker to check its balance and I discover it has no money left on it. I called customer service, and three representatives put me on hold when I found out they had one very angry customer who didn't want to hear that we would escalate this issue to the gift card department.
