This was a replacement that was difficult to locate on Amazon, but once I figured out what it was called, I was able to locate and order it. Consider that Orange Theory Fitness has a contract for the device that charges with these things, so that could be a search parameter to look for.

I bought this charger without the black armband to charge my OTF heart rate monitor

It arrived promptly and functioned flawlessly. A black armband was supposed to be included, but it wasn't. Who knows what will happen. They may have run out of supplies. For the extra arm band, I paid a little more.
