The package was not delivered as promised. It came in a long, flimsy white cardboard box with "Celeste" handwritten on the open/close flap. There was no original packaging on the Celeste amiibo, so it was loose in the box. It also claims that she is in excellent condition, but that she has scuffs on her belly, wing, and under her beak.
New Leaf. I'm pretty sure I've played Animal Crossing: New Leaf a lot more than you have. New Leaf is more addictive than a human should be, but that's partly because they've been tweaking the game in interesting ways. One of them is the introduction of these tiny Amiibo figurines. br>br>The Celeste Amiibo is pictured here. It's adorable, just like the other Amiibo, and works like this: 1) You'll hear a voice calling out to you after installing the "Animal Crossing Welcome Amiibo" update. If you follow that voice, you'll eventually come across an Aladdin-like figure. On the ground, there is a styled Genie lamp. Take it home with you when you pick it up. br>2) Place the lamp in a prominent location in your home and click on it. If you have their Amiibo, a spirit will appear who claims to be able to 'possess' various characters in the game. You'll be asked to place the Amiibo on the touchscreen (and make sure Wireless/NFC is enabled). br>3) The spirit will take on the appearance of an Amiibo figure. If you select "Let's hang out!" as your option, you will be given the following options. ", he'll take possession of them and force them to quit their jobs and hang out in the campground. When this occurs, you can pay them a visit in their RV and purchase items from them. Keep in mind that this means they'll be absent from their duties! This item is excellent and compatible with Animal Crossing: New Horizons. However, Harv's Island photo studio is the only place where this is possible. This is to keep people from stealing Celeste's recipes, and it's not the seller's fault or a flaw in the product; Nintendo designed it that way. Almost all negative reviews on anything have nothing to do with the product itself, but rather with a mistake made by the buyer due to a lack of research, but they sure like to point fingers. Anyway, this is a fantastic product that arrived in perfect condition and works on New Horizons!.
It was brand new in the box and was in no way damaged (though I did open it anyway to see if the package was ruined). It's a perfect match for the game. I'm delighted to have it as part of my collection. Shipped promptly and arrived ahead of schedule.

You can use her in photoshoots at Harv's Island, and this also unlocks a special poster of her in the Nook Shopping kiosk in the Resident services building. This item arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I'd recommend it!.
It doesn't work with a Nintendo Switch like amiibo cards do, and all I wanted was Celeste's poster, so I'm disappointed. It's a small but sweet desk decoration. The package was well-packaged, in good condition, and arrived on time.
