It's a very basic case, but it gets the job done for a reasonable price.
To tell you the truth, I bought this for my son. It is something he adores. So yeah.
Ideal for slimming down the first.
I purchased this PlayStation Vita case from Eliater to replace an older one that I had been using since the vita's launch. I'm in possession of the PCH- The Vita model 1001 is one of the most popular. This case is well packaged in a clear plastic bag, followed by a fabric drawstring bag that looks like it was designed for display on a retail shelf because it has a circle cut out in it so you can see/feel the case. The outside of the case is smooth, and there are two zippers and a small metal loop. A carabiner is included inside the case, which can be attached to the case's metal loop if desired. The space is ideal for my PS Vita model, and there's a small fabric piece inside the case that appears to be intended to go across the PS Vita screen to protect it, but it's not big enough to cover the entire screen, which seems odd. Inside the case, there's also a mesh pocket for storing small items like a charging cable. The large mesh pocket is the only dedicated pocket or space inside for securely holding game carts. br>br>Things I like:br>- The case appears to be of good quality. br>- It has some structure and is a hard shell that should provide adequate protection for the vitabr>- It's smallbr>br>What I don't like about it:br>- There are no designated areas inside where game carts can be stored (though this is not advertised)br>- The fabric piece inside the case that protects the screen is not large enoughbr>br>This one looks nice and does the job, but it isn't perfect, so I gave it 4 stars, but I still like it.
It hasn't always been easy for me to find brand new accessories for my PlayStation Vita, as I bought it after it was no longer in production. One thing I needed was a good case; I'd been using a sleeve case from my PSP as a temporary solution and needed something that was specifically designed for the system. br>br>I gave this one a shot and am pleased with the results. The system is fully enclosed and strapped in. There's enough room in the case for physical games, memory cards, and whatever else you want to put in it. Some people might find it a little too big, but I didn't mind. This case may not be for you if you prefer more form-fitting cases. But it was exactly what I was looking for for me.
If you own a PS Vita, this case is ideal for you. I have one and keep it in an ergo remote case, but I'm not comfortable leaving it unprotected in my bag. When it's time to stow it away or put it in a bag, this little case provides the extra cushion it requires. I had to remove the ergo case with handles because it didn't fit with it on, but that's fine; I like that the case has pockets on the inside and straps to keep it from moving around, and the outside is sleek and features the PS Vita logo. It has two thick zippers with small end caps on each side. Overall, it's a solid piece of equipment that keeps my gaming system safe. I found exactly what I needed.
For the price, the case is quite nice. It lacks dedicated storage for game cards, which may be a deal breaker for some. I don't mind because I only buy digital releases. On the inside, near the border, between the zipper and the soft cloth cushioning where the Vita sits, I discovered some fine fibers poking out of the fabric. This is a soft case, not a hard case. br>br>It should be noted that this is a soft case, not a hard case. It appears to have a stiff foam cushion that may protect your device to some extent, but it will not protect your device from crushing.
