I've been pretty happy with these covers for PS4 controllers so far. I found it somewhat difficult to install, but with daily use, they are held in place. These will definitely work if you have the classic rubber peeling off the sticks on your thumbs. There is no concern of the stick hitting the main controller when the stick moves in full direction as was with some This is an updated version for Almost two years have passed, and they are still working. Although they do come off every now and then (maybe twice a month or so). I'll add some silicone glue when I pop the ears back on one of these days. The one I lost along the way, so I'm looking to purchase another set and leaning to just buy the same product. I haven't found these to wear out under heavy use (I use them every day).
You can bet I'll buy more. Red I bought, and four pairs of them were enough to cover both of my Xbox 360 controllers, my PlayStation 3 controller, and my Wii U controller. My satisfaction has been that they fit perfectly on all of them, and I believe that they will greatly increase the lifespan of any joystick (I tested it on my Steam controller joystick as well, and it was The initial setup of these things can be tricky at times. They may take a few attempts to get it right. You can flip them inside out, center them on the joystick and then unflip them all at the same time by flipping them inside out, centering them on the joystick, and unswitching them all at the same time. If you have them on correctly, you should never have to take them off, unless you are deliberately doing so. All my other controllers will be upgraded to the new ones as well.
It was necessary to cover up an old joystick where the rubber was worn thin. Asked for a w. a. r. t. product, and received a slick package that looked legit. Initially, I was concerned that it was a knockoff quality brand, but it turned out to be excellent. The free return policy makes it much better, as you can get a refund no questions asked. As soon as I played it, I noticed how grippier it was. Though it does take a bit of getting used to. They work on both Xbox360 and PS4 controllers that we have installed them on, because of their subtle blue color.
The following stocking stuffers were not on my son's Christmas list, but I found them on a list of gaming-related stocking stuffers. The 12 year old boy was overjoyed to get his hands on In the past month, he has been using them and he is still very pleased with It's hard to make a tween excited about anything, considering what it takes to get their attention A win is a win in my book!.
However, the fact that they are supposed to glow in the dark was a major disappointment for my sons. The good news is that once you put them on, they really do feel great, so if you just want some green and white caps with no glow then these are perfect!.
If you can hook them up, they work sort of. A controller joystick grip was very hard to place over the controller. We were not able to invert the grips, so we had to bend the grips by hooking them onto the edge of the joysticks, which caused the joysticks to wobble, while the grips themselves were a little mediocre at sticking in place.
It was easy to replace, and the feel is much better than the standard thumb pads for the PS4. The stick grips better while chasing the quarterbacks on Madden, all of whom are scrambling and all seem to be as fast as Michael Vick.
