A new Nintendo 3DS XL was used to play this. Protecting the bottom screen is a transparent film that fits alright, but isn't quite as snug as it should be. Despite leaving a small gap at the top and bottom of the screen, it fits near perfect on the left and right side of the screen. The top screen protector is more durable and made of glass, but it does not fit well. As for the top screen protector, either it will have a small gap all around it or you will have slightly bigger gaps on the top and bottom and on the right and left sides. It comes with two screen protectors in the pack but you will probably want to use them both. It was necessary for me to use both screen protectors because one of the lower screen protectors was already damaged and had to be thrown out. One glass piece worked for the project but it is not perfect. I think the glue was not applied evenly and one corner will not remain completely in place, so it appears as if there is an air bubble in that location. Having the remainder be less effective is not an option at this point. The kit comes with two wet wipes and two dry wipes in small sealed packages that remind me of the wet wipes you would get One of my screens was left with extremely fine scratches after using them, so I decided not to use them any longer. It is only because of the difference in size of the screen protectors for my New Nintendo 3DS that I gave this product four stars instead of five stars. I had a difficult time making sure they were in the middle and in the proper position. Only because it would sometimes be shifted to the right, left, up, or down, I had to remove and reapply time and time again. When you have OCD, then you will find this to be incredibly irritating. I really like the screen protector, it does a good job and is very You don't even realize it's there. It took me a while to install it, so there are some specks on the touch screen, but I can live with it for now, especially since it is a 2 pack, so I can replace it whenever it becomes damaged.
