It is a total awesome charger! I was about to lose my mind when the car charger saved me! When my son was young, he would play his Nintendo 3DSXL most of the time in the car while we drove to Wisconsin or he had to travel only 45 minutes to school

In the event that your son is anything like mine, you will have him continually putting the charger on the phone each night so that the magical DS charging fairy will complete the charge while he is sleeping. I am sure that he will do that for a few days, but then it will be permanently deleted. I have now reached the charger for my car. This charging station is a great addition to your car

I have a 3DS XL and it works great with it. Whenever I am waiting for someone to get off work at the office or for an appointment at the doctors, I play my 3DS. In addition, since I keep my 3DS on for the streetpass, I am able to go about 1 1/2 days on a full battery without using the 3D. This car charger helps a lot when I forget to charge, because it gets frustrating when I forget to charge. Keep in mind, do not charge your 3DS as soon as your car is You'll run out of battery like nothing ever happened. When using this charger, it is best to have the car running. Worked with the XL version of the 3DS

The only thing that matters is what works. If the old one from the first generation of Nintendo DS had fit the new one, it would have been a nice thing. It would be nice if Nintendo made their products so that we did not have to buy a new one every time a new generation of game hardware comes out.

A good balance of durability and speed

My Samsung Galaxy S4 is charged with one of these since I bought it a while ago. This is the only car charger I have ever had that hasn't broken, probably because it uses a regular USB cable and the charging unit stays out of harm's way. The system also performs well at a decent speed There's nothing I'd like to complain about. I was able to charge the phone without any problems. The pros are Charging your DS when you plug it in. The cons are There is a bright blue LED glow on it, which is a personal preference. There's a bit of heat in the room. A short but noticeable increase in charge after a while. Nothing dangerous, though. (I was plugged in for about an hour).

My sons were given these Nintendo 3DS Car Chargers when I bought two of them for their birthdays

The cable is so long that I couldn't believe it. Basically, I connect it to the front seat of my minivan and it goes to the back to the back seat, and it has plenty of room for me glad this was such a good deal and I will be able to charge two units together if I have to drive for a long time.
I don't have to worry about how much charge each 3DS has anymore. The only way I could give it 10 stars is if I could.
