It's only been five weeks since I bought this television. Watching it hasn't been much of an interest to me. There was this white line appearing on the screen all of a sudden. When I immediately called for support, after some basic troubleshooting, a technician was told that he may need to visit me at There is absolutely no room for this kind of behavior. There is nothing like this television on the market. This does not make me happy at all. This week's update However, I did not receive a FULL refund even after I requested It has been more than a week since the company picked up the defective television. I have obtained unique information from Samsung with every phone call I've made. When it involves your money, people are going to be slow to act. It is not possible to have any confidence in the customer service at Samsung. Their products are just as poor as their customer service.
There were a few things I liked It didn't take long for the picture to appear good during the initial installation. Colors are vibrant and the picture is well defined. The rest of the experience did not go well for me. Initially, the system was set up as follows The smart TV is painfully slow to set up, taking more than three times longer than others I've It is not intuitive to use, and the cheap remote made it more difficult. Although the picture was good, I would have been able to live with that. As soon as I turned off my TV, the nightmare began. I couldn't make any selections when the TV was on once it turned on. The TV was full of suggested reruns, so I read up on them As a result of synching the remote, I was able to watch The TV would often work for a short period of time until the power was turned off I turned off the TV several times, and the problem persisted every time. Additionally, this TV does not appear to have any manual controls that can be utilized to navigate the menus without the remote control. After I returned the TV, Amazon helped me buy a LG OLED TV instead - thank you to Amazon for your help! The installation proceeded as expected, the software is easy to use, with a great picture, and there are a lot of functionality on the remote.
If you unbox and turn on the box for the first time You may need to pair the remote to the television (it may turn on and off, but won't continue past the start up with smartphone or remote option without pairing The next screen after smartphone setup is the one to scan the QR code). The return/enter and enter keys must be pressed simultaneously to pair Press and hold the play/pause button for 5 seconds just below the circular button, straddling the "home" button. Here is a picture of the attached document. I'll give you one more A few days ago, the smartness connectivity on the TV was lost. I unplugged the TV power outlet for a few minutes and the problem was fixed.
I love my television, and I enjoy it very much. The picture quality, sound, and other features are among the best I've ever had in my TV. Remote that is "solar powered" may be the cause of the problem. It should be the end of their career if they think like that! In half of the times I go to the store, the machine does not work because the power is out. My charging cord did not always work, and even then I couldn't rely on it. There is no remote control for the TV, so it serves as a doorstop. If the TV costs as much as it does, why did they cut corners- Are you still using the remote control? I am now looking for a universal remote replacement, but since the TV is so new, it isn't listed by the manufacturer as a model that will operate with it.
The TV I needed had everything I needed. I feel so lucky to have found such a lovely TV. I recently bought a 65-inch LG TV this is the perfect TV for the price, it has everything you need and it will be ready to go when I get my Xbox 360 series X my television will have everything necessary to show off the HDMI 2 system. There is just one gaming experience and it is just right for There is one thing I don't like about this TV to my mind, it is the remote control, it is not the best as far as I am concerned but that is a very, very small It is an absolute beast of a TV, so you'll not be disappointed!.
It is smart to An example of a visual quality check is shown here. ARE YOU OK? The solution is to buy a sound bar and call it a It was delivered 2 days later at 6 am when I ordered the 85 inch version. It took us about a day to have it professionally mounted. You can also tell that the picture has been upscaled by looking at it. During my time on YouTube, I watched a few 4k test videos and movie trailers. A couple of movies that I watched, especially the dark knight and the blacks, were It is easy to discern the different shades and the blacks were not smokey or ghostly. There are some great smart features in the app. It even has an "art" setting that can turn your screen into moving or still art when your computer is There is an ambience where certain feel-good vibes and moods are set and audio and visual sounds are played to relax or set the mood
My one issue is with My sole experience with a TV speaker system is that I have been using Sonos for the last two years and so the regular sound on this set was quite flat.
My recommendation would be to get a sound bar as a minimum if you intend to buy this TV.
As I have not purchased a flat screen in over 10 years, I may be easily swayed by this model, but man, it's It took me less than an hour to set everything up and work. It was easy to set up TV, internet, registration, cable, and video console over the phone app. I have no problem casting from my Samsung Plus. I can cast from my iPhone with no problem. There is a modest learning curve with the Samsung remote control, since some of the buttons have dual functions (volume, mute, channel). I find this picture to be startling and is sized to fit its viewers. Wouldn't trade it for anything!.
After researching for a week to replace my older 55" LED TV I chose this one and could not be happier with it. This game is great, the game mode is awesome on my XBOX Series X, and the picture is clear and crisp. I found the setup to be very simple. The Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Terms were not available for me to download, so I hacked into my switch and it worked without having any troubles. After that, I put the remote back on my WLAN and it worked just fine. I enjoyed it a lot.
