A year ago, I bought a 2020 auking projector, which continues to function properly. The projector has been used on my outdoor screen and I have even packed it up to use in hotels. Since COVID is still around, that projector has been a godsend for allowing me to recreate some of the movie-based effects in my house At home experience of going to the movies. In spite of that, I noted a couple of small concerns As it is, I find it hard to fit it and the speaker I use (an Anker soundcore flare 2, paired to my Firestick) in the same case. A flood light installed by the back door would wash out our movie image when we were watching it in our back yard. In spite of the fact that none of these issues are major issues in terms of the price of going to the movies twice (tickets, popcorn, drinks, etc. ), I decided to try out the updated model from 2021. My jaw dropped when I read that. This new model is not only smaller, but it also comes with a lens cap, so I don't have to worry about taking it with me when I travel. In addition to being more vivid, the brightness of the image allows me to leave the floodlight on, making trips into the house (for snacks or bathroom breaks) a bit safer and easier. Additionally, it enables me to start a little earlier with movie night. In spite of myself and my Dad's disappointment in the resolution bump, we both noticed slightly higher image quality over the previous model, with text on the screen a bit easier to read. My review for the previous model recommends looking for something else if you are looking for a quality HD projector for your home theater setup and have the budget for it. You can do yourself a favor and take a look at this updated projector if you're looking for an inexpensive projector for an outdoor movie night or a projector for camping/travel that won't cause you to cry if it gets damaged, lost or stolen. This year we plan on using the new projector to watch movies with our family and repurposing my previous purchase for AtmosFX projections during the holidays.

There is a considerably brighter image on the new updated version that is only half the weight (1. 2 pounds compared to 2 pounds). The remote control is the same on both. The picture quality of the new model is good for the price. Earlier, I had reported that this project had been packaged very well and that it came with all the necessary accessories. After plugging in the DVR, connecting the HDMI cable from my computer, and watching the video on the wall within 90 seconds, I was done. In my case, I sent a 1920 x 1080 HD source signal, and it displayed no problem. As I walked out, I shut off every light in my room and pointed them at my mostly-dark room When I focused the image, I was able to see the image just fine. I had to turn the focus knob to get the image into focus, but once I did, it was very clear. Despite not using it as my primary projector at home, I think it would be a great projector for a child's room or for showing a movie in a theater I'm having a movie party outside in the dark.

It's a very good projector for the price. As it was still bright outside, it was a bit darker inside, so I aimed the projector at the ceiling and connected it to my macbook hoping to have something that maybe the kids would enjoy for a low-res movie. My jaw dropped when I saw your work! The screen was pretty good for word processing and coding, but I wouldn't guess it could be used for word processing or coding. The larger title text made the presentation more clear, so a powerpoint with a larger font would likely work just fine. It was a great YouTube video! Its color was somewhat different from mine, so I didn't play around with it too much to see if I could better sync it with my laptop. Even when projecting at 60 ft, the brightness was adequate Approximately 70 inches in length. If you bought six of these, then you could fill the room with every NFL game on Sunday for less than the price of a single flat-screen TV. As a result, I don't have to be as nervous about this device as I would be if I had to use a projector that cost me a grand. Instead, I can use it creatively, loan it to friends, and not worry about damaging it.
