This is NOT a heavy duty or a very strong material

This product was advertised as being able to attach a Ring StandUp Camera to a ceiling, and that's why I was initially interested. That's true. In a way. I couldn't hold the camera straight up with it because it was about 1/2" too short. I was disappointed with the ups-and-downs he did. Ideally, it would attach to a ceiling and hold the camera at about a 15deg angle (downward).

I'm happy to have this as another camera for my outdoor ring. I am able to put the Ring cameras in places where I could not put the Ring cameras alone. This also provides a bit more stability for the camera.
