My family and I have been enjoying this Bluetooth speaker for a few weeks now, and I have to admit it's the best one we've ever The Q10 has great sound quality, a lot of bass, can play at high volume (it doesn't degrade the sound quality at all), and an excellent battery life. I used to have a Beats Pill, and I find this one to sound better. In case you're on the fence, this one would be a good choice.

Having read and watched multiple reviews on the JBL Flip 5, I feel as though I've fallen into "the hype" of all the reviews making the device seem like a more desirable addition in my home. I'm not sure why I was disappointed although it's the first portable bluetooth speaker we've bought for our daughter (her birthday present). When I got it in the mail and listened to the first rap song to put "the hype" to the test, I wasn't This isn't as loud as I expected it to be, and the bass isn't as strong as I expected. There is a claim that it will fill up a medium-sized room, but it won't fill up a room full of people talking. This is not the speaker for you if you want to crank it up when you hear a good song. I don't think it gets loud enough to do that, and the frequency range of the bass isn't that good. The device likes to rest on the USB cord when charging, which isn't good, and you'll need to prop it up every time (if you want to make sure it lasts). The good news is that everything went well. Although the sound quality is good at moderate volumes (don't turn it up more than 60%, otherwise the bass sounds more pronounced and the sound cracked), keeping it at a low volume it does sound like a mini home theatre system, just not worth the $100 it will cost You get the same quality and features for half the price of the originals.

This product is a gift I purchased for my son for Christmas (2020). I found it in the trash last week (April 2021), so I asked what was I was told the speaker would no longer hold a charge. The speaker I took from the trash was not charging with the same cable, outlet or power source in the house etc. I tried several different connections and outlets in the house. It all came to nothing. Even when it's plugged into a power source, the speaker will not stay on. This speaks volumes about the speaker's quality, especially since we expected it to be high in The following dates will take place in June It is true that the speaker failed less than 5 months after its installation. The JBL customer service is beyond the point of no return for me. After my experience, I am rating it 3-0 (instead of My contact with the customer service department was effortless thanks to their website. They were professional, helpful, and proactive throughout. I was given a replacement speaker within a few days after filing a warranty claim. On the basis of this experience, I am giving JBL the benefit of the doubt and assuming the failure is due to an error on their part and they have taken full responsibility for it. These days, it's rare to find such an act.

We floated down the river a number of times last summer (2020). One of my friends had a red Flip 4 that went into the river with us every time. Did he ever get wet with it? The answer is yes, of course. Do you know if there was any damage to the unit, or if it was rendered It's not at all the case! It is because of this that I have decided to buy mine. I am about to order another one, so when I have movie night with friends, I can place it with them. They could be paired left/right rather than as stereo (which is what I can do). There is a lot of noise. Quite a bit better than expected in terms of bass. I know it seems that way A variety of music appeals to me metal, punk rock from the 70's, 80's trash, piano jazz, Bosephus, Waylon, classic rock, classical music, and even The Dropkick Murphy's are going to add a few bagpipes for good measure, no problem.

I have 2 issues with it though*1. It is a JBL speaker and it sounds great. 2. The case that comes bundled with it is dreadful. cannot connect to any JBL device from the previous generation.

Since I am already familiar with JBL speakers, this came as no surprise. Sound quality and bass are excellent, and the look and feel of the speaker are excellent, too. The speaker was well packaged. I liked the sound better than the 6 year old tower Craig speaker it is replacing, but it does have some nice bass as well. Unfortunately, it is just too big to fit in my bathroom. If you're looking for a Bluetooth speaker, I would recommend this brand.
