Questions & Answers

What is the best way to load music onto an MP3 player?

You don't "need a Windows computer," and I've successfully connected it to a MacPro 5,1. Turn on the player, connect it to your computer, and it will appear as a removable drive.br>Drag (copy) your MP3s to it, then eject it. btw, on a Mac, your music files are stored in: *Users(your-name) MacHD boot volume Homefolder*Music is a folder in which you can store your music. MP3s in your iTunes library can be found in the "iTunes Music" folder. br>For ease of transfer to various devices and my car's SSD, I keep duplicates of all MP3 files in a separate folder in my Home folder titled "MP3 Files."

What's the best way to get my iTunes music onto this device?

Yes, you'll be able to do it. That's exactly what I did, and I'm not particularly computer savvy. br>br>First, go to downloads and look for an "mp4 to mp3 converter, free for windows." cnet. com to get a free, verified one. I was assigned to it; M4a to MP3 Converter is a free program that converts M4A files to MP3 files. br>br>After that, open iTunes Music and select all of your music with a right-click, then select Download. Keep an eye out for where it saves it. Mine downloaded it to my computer's music files (DUHH), and I had to look for them for a minute. br>br>Then, in the MP4 to MP3 Converter program, go to the top LEFT corner and select "ADD FILES," then locate the folder or drag the music files into the screen. Next, select "SPECIFY FOLDER" from the drop-down menu at the bottom. "To make it easier to find, I made one on my desktop." Make sure "MP3" is selected in the "OUTPUT FORMAT" box at the bottom right of the screen. br>br>Now go to the top of the page and click "CONVERT." " It'll take a few minutes, but once it's finished, all of your iTunes music will be converted to MP3 format." To be sure, right-click on one of your songs and select PROPERTIES from the drop-down menu. The file type, or file type, should now state; Enjoy the MP3 file.br>br> Oh, and don't even get me started on APPLE. They're terrible! They tried to persuade me to buy a new iPod and an Apple laptop because the software on my 2009 iPod was no longer supported.

I listen to mp3 lectures that last an hour or more. Is it possible to begin in the middle or do I have to listen to each track from the beginning?

It will resume playing from where it left off if you stay on the same MP3; otherwise, it will begin at the beginning of the track.

Is it possible to shuffle songs while using Bluetooth?

It has Bluetooth, and you can turn on shuffle mode by pressing the Menu button while music is playing. As a result, I don't see any problems with bluetooth shuffling.

Everything was fine until it stopped working
3/5

This was a birthday present for my daughter, and it allowed her to listen to audiobooks while also setting alarms. The player's screen stopped turning on after less than two weeks of use. The player was always plugged in and on a nightstand, and the buttons' lights flashed when pressed, so I know the battery isn't dead. However, the screen won't turn on, so you can't use it. I sent an email to the company, but I have yet to hear back. br>Had it not been for this issue, I would have given it a three-star rating. It worked, but it wasn't particularly impressive. The user interface is a little clumsy; you have to remember to put a bookmark in an audiobook or it won't remember where you left off; you can only set one alarm; and resetting the sleep timer every night is a pain. But, at the very least, it served its purpose and was reasonably priced; however, it no longer functions.

TOO MANY PROBLEMS TO MANAGE
3/5

This is more of a review of the seller than of the player, because the player was fantastic while he was working. As a result, keep that in mind. br>I liked the player when it was working, but it stopped working completely a week after the Amazon return window closed, and I had to throw it away. It had a lot of features for the price, and it worked just as well as my Sony Walkman did. which, by the way, is still operational after ten years. It had plenty of storage space and was a good buy while it was still available. I was getting used to it and enjoying the interface when it began to malfunction: first, it refused to charge for hours, then when I charged it and turned it on, it froze. I had no choice but to let the battery completely discharge and hope that I could restart it. If I was lucky enough to start it, the buttons were either broken or did strange things. I wish it had a reset button like the Sony, because I could have saved it. As it is, I am behind on this item because I had to throw it away. I attempted to contact the seller because it was supposed to come with a warranty, but he never responded to my emails, so I gave up. If I had been able to replace it, I believe it could have been a good player. These knock-offs from China Offs are a test of courage, and while some sellers are great about replacing damaged items, others, like this one, completely ignored me. I'll update this review if I ever hear back from him and receive a replacement. However, I am unable to suggest this item at this time.

BEWARE OF THE BUYER! IT WAS PROVIDED TO ME FREE OF CHARGE! IT SUCKS! AFTER ONLY EIGHT MONTHS, THE MICROUSB SOCKET WAS DEAD! On edit: First and foremost, please accept my apologies if my previous review influenced you to buy this piece of garbage
3/5

I had no idea how quickly it would fail. I got it for free as part of a promotion, so I didn't have to pay for it. I do, however, require a reliable MP3 player. Do you have any recommendations? br>br>In November of 2019, I bought this MP3 player. It's no longer covered by warranty, so there's nothing I can do about the fact that I have to tie the charger cable in knots to get the plug to charge. At any time, the port could become completely unusable. Because the device is currently unreliable, I do not have access to an MP3 player. I'm in desperate need of an MP3 player. br>br>I'm extremely disappointed. Rather than buying new things, I keep my old ones until they die. My iPhone 4s, which required an external battery to function, was only recently retired. My Sansa Fuze lasted almost a decade before I replaced it with the Soulcker. My old Aluratek LIBRE died recently after many years of service, so I'm in the market for a new eBook reader. too. Ugh. They're all going to be like the Soulcker, I'm afraid: BUILT WITH THE INTENTION OF FAILURE IN MIND. It's no surprise they were able to dispose of it. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 1) I had to find a replacement as soon as possible. All I have now is an old iPhone with no storage space and a battery that must be charged externally. I haven't yet loaded all of my music onto it, but I'm impressed so far. The interface is intuitive once your mind realizes the screen isn't a touch screen, and the songs are easy to transfer via the USB cord. br>br>The second reason I bought this MP3 player was to play accompaniment over my Powerwerks PW50 amp via a Taotronics Bluetooth receiver. I'm currently using an old iPhone 4s with no storage that needs to be charged externally. I can only fit a few accompaniment songs on it because it's so packed with other things. Not only is it reassuring to have a device that works, but the sound quality is superb. Much superior to the iPhone's service. Last night, my singing irritated my neighbors for much longer than usual. )br>br>Over the next few days, I plan to upload all of my music. It's wonderful to be able to listen to music on a digital device once more!.

The battery life is fantastic! I've had this mp3 player for about six weeks and am happy with its overall performance
4/5

On the treadmill at my gym, I use it to listen to mp3/4 files. However, I have some reservations about it. To begin with, the screen is extremely small. Without magnification, reading the information is difficult. Next, while playing songs is fairly straightforward, the instruction manual could have been more informative, and I've had some issues with songs skipping when carefully placing the player in the pocket of my gym shorts. The manual claims that turning the unit on and off takes 3 seconds, but it takes much longer. 6 seconds is more like it. br>br>It was simple and quick to download songs to it, and the fidelity is excellent even on my old non-digital music player. earphones with a high-definition signal The battery, as I previously stated, is incredible. I last charged it two weeks ago, while it was plugged into my laptop and downloading music. I calculate my usage- The timer is set to about 4 hours, and the FM radio function is functional as well. There are a lot of features that I'll never use, but it's a good MP3 player.
