The customer service is excellent. These are good radios for the price. I bought one for my 4 year old and programmed all of the channels to the same frequency so he won't get lost in the channels. I've had the charger for 23 since I wrote this, and I think it's better than the previous charger, as the radio actually snaps into place instead of just sort of The RT-1 and RT-2 I own There is only one charger that works on my 7s, I have 3 RTs The two working chargers out of three are brand new, and I have just opened 2 RT-AC adapters The charger for the 5s one was broken when it was opened. This list is RT-specific In my opinion, this model has the advantage of being able to jack straight into the radio rather than using the cradle that they come with, which is why I ordered it so I could just get rid of the cradle. The customer service at Retevis contacted me after seeing this review and offered to replace my chargers. I can't thank them enough.

There was an issue with one of the radios, and when I contacted the seller, they went above and beyond in wanting the issue resolved. The other radio's I have used are wonderful they have a great sound and the distance between them is fantastic. I was still able to talk loudly and clearly to my daughter and boyfriend even though I was a mile from camp. It would be a good idea to recommend these radios to others, and I would buy them again if needed.

If you don't possess a license and just need a pair of walkie talkies, these would be perfect for you. In my experience, the range is almost identical between these and the 2watt DeWalt radio I had previously. There are $100 less in these than in During my testing, I used these inside concrete reinforced buildings and found them to have a good range. These microphones are perfect for keeping in touch at all times, and I bought them to make sure we could talk at any time. You have no idea how much fun I've had with these. Every day, we use them to do everything around the house and outside of it. would've been nice if my wife and kid had been able to talk when a gator came chasing them, but they know what to do. A distance of about 3 miles separates them. Though generally solid, these are still very good.

The rubber mats were bought to be used between concrete, wood and steel floors at work. Our kids love the ability to use them and they are durable because they drop them all the time and they are very well built. A coworker of mine even put two in his pocket and bent both antennas and they still worked! The sound sometimes gets distorted on channel 1, but we are able to use it fine if we change to channel 2. I have even used it five buildings away through other buildings and the sound is There is only one thing I wish I had done is obtain the ones with the earpieces, which I much prefer to having so now I have to purchase 4 separate ones. It is as it should be.
