Yes, that antenna would work for any CB if it was mounted and connected properly.

Is the adapter 2 or 3 pin?

It makes use of a four-pin microphone. But, assuming you're asking about power, it's wired directly from the back, so there's no need for an adapter. Two wires, one red and one black, are color coded. Approximately 3' in length

On this radio, how do you listen to the Swr's?

There is no built-in swr meter, so you'll need to use an external meter.

Is there anything else you'll need to get this going?

A vehicle, as well as a CB antenna.

This is a fantastic little entry-level radio that has a lot of advanced features

The President Adams is no exception to the rule that the President line of radios are all exceptional values. If you know the secret, you can increase the transmit wattage to a full 4 Watts. The audio modulation on this radio can also be "boosted" to make it a loud talker. This radio would also be ideal for "preppers. ".

This CB radio is quite nice. It's ideal for those who don't require all of the extras. It's small enough to fit into a car or truck. There isn't anything about this CB radio that I don't like.

Buy It! It was an easy decision because for a few dollars more than the cheapest cb here on Amazon, this one has Auto Squelch and other features that are only available on more expensive radios

I've never had a better little radio

I'm taking a break from cobra and galaxy radios for the first time. I am blown away. It has a lot of features. On the other end, everyone agrees that it sounds fantastic. If the noise isn't too loud, auto squelch is a good option, but if it exceeds two bars, you'll have to manually squelch. There's no need to be concerned. br>Excellent radio station.

Small and absurd in appearance

So, I get it, I paid less than $100, so what did I expect? This microphone is about the size of a three-year-old's toy. Why did they make it so small, after all? As a result, I'm going to invest in a better microphone. I'll get a swr meter after that. It's cheaper to buy a Cobra, after all. I'm so disappointed in the product they're passing on to the consumer!.

The radio is a nice small one

I'm glad I was able to get my hands on this. When I checked the swr, I used the president antenna and needed to make no adjustments. I haven't tried the PA yet, but it looks great. We're still on the lookout for someone to speak.
