Fit and my Fit hatch come with the package, so it does fall into my category. mount can adjust the position pretty much around your fingertip.
I get that the mounts that the FT8900 is attached to have sma to PL259 adapter.
SMA female antenna connection on the radio come with the SMA Male Connector that screws into the SMA antenna connection.
At first glance you need a flat surface (around 4 inches) so you can slide your mount on and tighten the allen screws on the lower portion of the mounting rod. Assembly is turned backwards if it goes with the swivel; then antenna goes vertical if the assembly is moved forward.

Almost a decade ago, I owned an older version of this mount but left it at my dealership. For about six months, I bought a clone and used it until the elements stripped it. Replaced with this one, so he replaced that one with this one. With that, the real thing arrives. did not know that I missed it so much. No other lip mount on this side has the same level of strength and durability. As soon as you tighten the bracket, it falls in place. Solid means it has a rigid interior, and you'll only have the opportunity to break it so you can get all your mail out. It is very thin and is routed into an agate to connect with an adapter so that it can be charged to the rig via an adapter. By keeping the connectors in place, the coax is very easy to run. You do not wish to send a pl259 or ntype either through the paneling or make it work by cutting it out. has no idea how many losses it has but I also am not using it for dx, so its really nothing to this problem. As a consumer, I highly recommend this device.
I bought this for my Focus station wagon and it bolts right on to its side. With just some extra effort, the distance I can reach via cable in that location will be higher. If the racks you use for cross members in your roof were located in another location, I would recommend a cleaner installation closer to the center of the roof. It is extremely recommendable that I visit all the previous trips back and test anything loose due to the road. The SMA connector on the radio side of the device is female, so perhaps a adapter must be arranged for that.
MobileDiscOnes that fit as easily with K400S are available at an outlet that has a UHF connector like mine. SMA signals for both of the products connect from the UHF base. Getting in touch with my SDR dongle directly is much easier. Anybody with basic skills is capable of working with basic hands. The mount can be installed very easily on my experience.
There has not been a better mount for my HAM radios than this. I'm not complaining, it's an easy adjustment. The grounds are nicely set up, I didn't do much prep. All and all of my recommendations would be best for mounting to their car.
When I built my Jeep Gladiator, the coax was thin, so I was able to get inside it. It is affixed to the hood.
This is a solid and secure product. The antenna works perfectly with either the Diamond 70cm/2m or I've had the MFJ 1456 one since 1998. It is not a problem if your speed is fast on the highway. My purchase of the seller's item and product was four stars. My friend and I both agree.
Simple to install. The room has been held up well.
My current mount is perhaps the most robust mount I have bought, and when I am done outfitting my vehicles, I'll take to buying more of these. Definitely worth your time and money.
