Yes, if it's for a four-prong connection.
It should function just fine if it's anything like the Colt 485 Black Shadow.
My husband used it in his semi, so you can take my word for it.

My husband enjoys it; he is a truck driver, and he says it sounds great.
I've had this for about 2 months and have had no problems with it. It's the loudest non-amplified mic I own, and it's loud and clear with no issues. If you're using it outside of a semi truck, you may need to tie some of the cord back because it's quite long, but that's not a problem to tie down with zip ties.
Very good resistance, good sound for the highway, and good communication.
Arrived on time and performs as expected.
I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH MYSELF.
My radio has gotten a lot of positive feedback.
On my talkback speaker and on the other radio, it comes through loud and clear.
