The item arrived on time and was simple to assemble. For the first two weeks, the printer performed admirably. In that time, I printed maybe 20 pages; however, the pages on my next print job were light and smudged, and the quality was poor. I sought help from Amazon's customer service department. We spent 40 minutes troubleshooting and came up empty-handed. At this point, Amazon reached out to HP to invite them to participate in our conference call. While the HP rep refused to speak with me, the Amazon rep remained on the line and abruptly hung up on us. I requested a full refund due to the poor product, poor service, and inconvenient monthly ink program. This product should be avoided at all costs.

Our HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 All-in-One Printer has exceeded our expectations. There is only one wireless printer. It was incredibly simple, quick, and painless to get everything set up. I'm a techie by trade, but the setup is simple enough for a newbie. I chose the red color to match my decor, and I've been enjoying the scanning, printing, copying, and email features. What I adore the most is the wireless capability, as well as the app's use and the ability to print from anywhere. I also like taking photos with the app and turning them into PDFs. Anyone who is on the go and doesn't have direct access to a printer will find this to be a very useful tool. We've been printing homework, school crafts, and all of my at-home business needs on our printer. I've also signed up for the smart features, which allow ink to be delivered when my printer's ink levels are low. This is a product that I genuinely enjoy.

It may be small, but it packs a powerful punch. It was thrilling to open the box. HP did an excellent job of making things simple and straightforward; I was able to get it out of the box and set up in no time. This printer is an ace thanks to features like faxing, scanning, remote printing, and Quickbooks and Google Drive sync. The print quality is as good as you'd expect from HP: Very good. The printer works quickly - 20 parts per million of black white with a ppm of ten Let's face it, we're dealing with HP here. It was a breeze to connect it to my HP Spectre laptop. I'm really looking forward to it! On my phone, I installed the HP Smart app, which allowed me to print while on the go. How cool is that, and it doesn't require a rocket scientist to figure out! The printer is well-made and of good quality, especially for such a low price. This OfficeJet has completed all of my requests and exceeded my expectations. The printer's wireless connectivity makes it easy to set up, the text quality is excellent, and the ink is very affordable compared to other inkjet and even color laser printers. I, on the other hand, have been a long-time HP printer user, and I recently added this printer to my account! The moral of my story is that I strongly advise you to use this printer! br>I needed a unit with a low profile that could be installed in an existing cabinet. The features are impressive, including an automatic document feeder (ADF), duplex printing and copying, Airprint, and FAX. The problems I have with it are that there were some loose parts in the packing bag when I got it out of the box, as well as caps that weren't attached to the printer case. Furthermore, there was a panel on the back of the printer that was not properly attached. Finally, something inside the printer was rattling, and there was a piece of broken plastic from the case's corner. It's pretty bad. Regardless, I decided to keep it instead of returning it right away to see if it at least worked. I was able to get it to work. So far, it has performed admirably in terms of printing, FAXing, copying, and scanning. Any issues that arise will be followed up on.
