Questions & Answers

What is the procedure for printing via Bluetooth?

Despite the fact that my phone has been paired, Bluetooth printing - Using Bluetooth, the printer does not print - WiFi-only or WiFi-only direct (which is inconvenient because you can't use WiFi to connect to the internet) use WiFi to print- direct! concurrently) br>br>If you want to print your "saved" page, you must do so. Is it possible to use the USB cord to charge this machine while driving?

Yes, but you'll need to use a printer-specific USB port on the back of the printer, which will necessitate the purchase of the necessary cables and/or adapters. According to the User Guide, it can take up to 2 hours to charge the battery using AC power. If the printer is turned off and the AC power is removed, the battery can be charged by connecting the USB port on the back of the printer to a charging USB port on another device that can supply at least 1 ampere. For instance: br>
1- A lightning symbol near the host port indicates a USB charging port on a notebook computer.br>2- a USB charger plugged into a wall outlet (can be generic or for mobile phones or tablets)br>3- A USB charger that plugs into a car's power outlet (can be generic or specific to mobile phones or tablets)

The following is taken from the description: "The most important features of this HP all-in-one computer are the following: one printer on the go Scanning, copying, faxing, and printing on the go" - fax?

Because this printer lacks a modem, it is unable to fax documents. The user manual's index jumps from E to H, with no F or Fax in between. The HP How-To Guide Fax is not listed on the HP 250 printer's to page. However, you could scan to an eFax service and send it from the printer. In every other way, this is a fantastic printer.

Is it possible to print from an iPhone or to use Air Print with this printer?

There was no need for me to download any software. You set it up in your iPhone's settings, which most likely connects it via WiFi, but I don't believe it asks. If I want to print from my iPhone, I simply press the print button, and this printer appears as a choice. Tap to confirm, and whatever you wanted to print appears on the screen right away. I also installed it on my iPad and MacBook Pro, and it functions flawlessly.

Printing is quiet, and setup is simple
5/5

Despite the fact that I am a hapless Luddite, I had no trouble setting up this printer; the only time I got stuck was when the diagram instructed me to remove a piece of foam and tape from within the printer. I wasted ten minutes looking for something I didn't see. The printer is the quietest printer I've ever heard, and you don't put the ink cartridges in until the battery is fully charged, which takes about an hour. This printer comes with only two ink cartridges. One has a pink exterior, while the other has a black exterior. Inside the printer, you place each one next to its corresponding color and pull the plastic piece whose color matches the cartridge over top of the cartridge until it snaps into the two horizontal tabs on the top of the cartridge. To get the scanner to work, you must either complete the online setup or the setup on the included disk. Because my laptop does not have a CD or DVD drive, I set up everything online. The online set-up went smoothly. All you have to do now is sit back and watch it work. I only intend to use this printer when I travel, so it will not be used frequently. I like how small it is; it's so small that it qualifies as a Sprint Airlines "personal item" that can be carried onboard for free. UPDATE: When I took this on two trips, TSA never asked to see it or turn it on when I went through airport security. The printer is in excellent working condition. I know I use it more on trips than it was designed for, printing about 300 pages a week and scanning about the same amount (the manual says it's designed for 300 printed pages a month), but it's never jammed or even hiccupped. Although it is still new, I believe that if there was a problem, it would have surfaced by now due to the high volume of use.

LOVE IT! It's very portable and of excellent quality! First and foremost, I ADORE THIS PRINTER
5/5

It came in a nice package, and it took me less than 5 minutes to put it together. It was a little difficult to put the ink cartridges in, but there were some helpful videos on the printer's small screen. This printer is so small that it fits inside my backpack, which is incredible. In addition, despite its diminutive size, the printer's quality is unaffected. The photos I've printed are just as good as those I've printed on a larger, more expensive printer. br>br>I've had this printer for about three weeks and have had no issues, malfunctions, or complaints with it. It's a fantastic little printer that's well worth the investment. br>br>Here's something to keep in mind: If you want to print a multi-page document, click here. double-spaced page If you print a single-sided document, it will only print one side of each paper and prompt you to re-print it. Insert the paper to print the opposite side; it's a little confusing the first time or two, but it's a non-issue after that. Once you've figured it out, it'll be no problem.

The printer set up wirelessly without a hitch, but it couldn't find the paper to scan
3/5

The printer set up wirelessly without a hitch, but it couldn't find the paper to scan. After that, I was unable to turn off my computer. I contacted HP support, who informed me that because there was no serial number on the machine and only on the outside of the box, they believed it was not an original printer and that I should purchase one from their website (which was also $20 cheaper). Amazon is not a good place to shop. Used printers are being sold for more money than new printers through HP.

This is a fantastic printer
5/5

This printer is fantastic. Normally, these small mobile printers are slow and ineffective, so I was surprised. I travel full-time on a vintage Greyhound bus, so space is limited. I work on the road and require a printer with scanner that is both reliable and fast. This little gem is well worth the investment; it copies, scans, and prints in black and white. W and color, and the color is also quite nice!.

The best portable wireless printer on the market is: I would strongly suggest it
5/5

I'm a traveling salesman who was constantly printing invoices for customers until I discovered this mobile printer; now it's much easier to do so while on the road; to print the invoice directly from my [VEHICLE - VEHICLE - VEHICLE - VEHICLE - VEHICLE - OFFICE] The connection is wireless or via a cable that you must purchase separately, it runs on battery power and charges in under an hour. This is the most incredible thing that has ever happened to me.

The way it works and the print quality are both excellent
5/5

Instead of just for travel, I chose this printer because of its small size and portability within the home. The way it works and the print quality are both excellent. I don't need quick printing or large quantities, so it's perfect for me. I've been scanning photos, printing and scanning text pages, and testing printing photos, and I'm very pleased with the results. I like that it has a battery, so I don't have to carry the cord around with me when I need to use it somewhere. The standby time of the battery is excellent. I couldn't comment on how long it lasted in a high-use environment. br>br>Choose a different model for the price if you only intend to leave it in one location. If having a battery, being able to close up into a completely contained unit, and being small are important to you, then yes, it is worth the money.

It was not an easy task to set it up
5/5

On Amazon, I found this printer on sale for $199. Now that I look at it again, I see that the price has increased significantly since I bought it. So far, this printer has exceeded my expectations. It was purchased for use in remote areas out west. Except for faxing, this printer can do everything. This is what I'll say. It took a lot of effort to get everything in place. If you got everything set up correctly the first time, go out and buy a lottery ticket. I had to seek assistance from HP at some point. Even so, it took HP more than an hour to get it up and running. And that was with HP in charge of my machine. I'd buy it again if it weren't for that.

The document feeder is a pain to use, and the USB port is inoperable
3/5

The printer appeared to be in good working order. The first problem is that the USB connection isn't working. Unrecognized device on the computer; Bluetooth works, but not always; it's finicky. I bought this to do important business while on an rv trip and regret it now, just 90 days after purchase, the automatic document feeder is picking up multiple sheets at a time. I'm going to use my Epson scanner again. br>It's time to make some changes. I did receive a prompt response from HP support, which provided me with a link that required me to reload the program. I was hesitant to do it because I had already tried it several times and found it to be ineffective. They also directed me to a website where I could print an additional page. That was of no use because my document feeder picks up multiple pages at once, rather than simply printing an extra blank page. The one silver lining is that I was informed that I am covered for a year. That's what I'm going to do now. I believe in myself.
