The Epson 3760 is capable of printing photos, and it does so well. I'm very impressed with the bottled ink, and I believe it uses a lot less ink than cartridge printers. This printer is excellent.

Selected User Reviews For Epson EcoTank ET-3760 Wireless Color All-in-One Cartridge-Free Supertank Printer with Scanner, Copier and Ethernet, Regular
In comparison to HP, older Epsons, and Brother, the setup was exceptionally easy, despite many negative reviews. 3760 was found and used by all devices on the network right away. The quality of the color graphics is comparable to that of any other all-in-one product. There have been a lot of them. It's also simple to align the cartridge heads, and you'll be guided through the process automatically during setup. Paper options are more varied than on the more expensive Brother and HP printers. It's ideal for use at home or in the classroom. It's not suitable for business use because it only has one paper tray. Or at the very least, businesses with a variety of card stock and paper sizes, envelopes, and most businesses would require full duplex scanning, which this printer does not provide. It does, however, provide full duplex (double-sided) printing, which is ideal for school and home projects. There's also a business-oriented side to us. I'm thinking about using this instead of the oriented laser printer. It's a little slower, but I rarely need to print 20 color sheets per minute, and I expect to save enough in ink to pay for it in three to four years. 4 months. br>I read one review where the author claimed that the photos were blurry. The quality of the copies is inferior to that of a dedicated photo printer. Well duh! Only a very slow photo-shoot is possible. That can only be done by a home machine or a $15k commercial photo printer found in major drugstores. For these applications, this is the best value you'll ever find! br>br>The only issue was that the on-screen navigation was different from anything we'd seen before, which caused some confusion for a few minutes. It's not a touch screen or a "line driven" display. "One must use arrows to highlight the option in a faintly discernible red outline, then select with "OK" or a diamond-shaped function key. It's not always clear which to use, but as long as you try "OK" first, you shouldn't have any issues. When it asks for the diamond for confirmation, you can choose "OK" and nothing will happen. Whether it is bad or good.
It hasn't been used much, and I'm having trouble getting rid of printer and scanner errors. I tried rebooting the printer, but that didn't help; I looked for tech support online, but that didn't help; I called tech support, and they said they'd send me a refurbished printer as a replacement. It's a refurbished printer rather than a new one. This will take a week, and I was required to provide my credit card information as a hold for the broken printer that I must return. br>br>I'm not going to buy another Epson printer. Poor service and a poor product.
the set up was elementary, and connecting it to my network was no different. It was also painless to download all of the drivers and software to my computer; I'm not sure why some people have such a hard time with it, but I had no issues. I only use mine for official work documents because the print quality is excellent. I'm not going to print anything to put on my wall. I haven't had it long, so I'm not sure how long the ink will last, but I'm not worried. The print speed is fast, and there is a "quiet" mode that can be used to reduce noise at the expense of slower speeds. I don't use the quiet mode because I expect some noise when I print something, so it doesn't bother me. If you need an all-in-one printer with an automatic document feeder, this is a good option.
I really like the ecotank concept, so I'm disappointed it didn't work out. There was a gap between the lid and the glass on the first 3760 I got; It was difficult to describe except that it was caddywompus, as if the hinges that held it in place had become warped. I contacted Epson, who confirmed that the printer was defective and sent me a replacement - My only choice was to have it refurbished. I was tired of dealing with it at that point, so I accepted it rather than fighting it. I got the new one up and running, but it's now crashing on me on a regular basis. I decided to return it because I was fed up with the hassle. I started a discussion group on the internet - He made me scan twice, and the second time it worked, so he said it was fixed and there was nothing he could do about it. I told him that was unacceptable, and that despite the mixed results, I still wanted to return it. He told me I needed to contact customer service, so I did, making it clear right away that I didn't want to troubleshoot; I just wanted to return it. "We don't recommend using the scanner for any pages that have any creases, this ADF isn't set up for that," a manager said after escalating the issue to them. "However, since it is effective - on occasion - They will not consider unused blank pieces of paper to be defective and will not return it. I've squandered hours of my life trying to get these printers to work. Other printer/scanners I've used have been able to scan mail and creased pages without jamming. This is something I cannot accept. TLDR TLDR TLDR TLDR TLDR TLDR TLDR TLDR TLDR TLDR If you only copy/scan perfectly straight and uniform sheets of paper, or if you have hours to spare to scan individual pages one at a time, this method might work for you.
If someone in the Q&A section of the website asks a question, it will be answered in the Q&A section If the question is A and you don't know the answer, don't try to answer it. I asked: "Can anyone tell me if the ET3760 has a paper tray in the back?" "I got the following response: "It can comfortably hold 75 pages. " Once again, if you are unsure, DO NOT ANSWER. Allow me to finally put this to rest: There is no rear paper tray on the ET3760. It is now my responsibility to return it to you.
