The setup was too difficult to figure out. The app was terrible, and it was clear that it was a Chinese product that didn't do a good job of explaining the setup process to English-speaking Americans. I intend to return.
The battery life is extremely short. It's not worth your money or your time.
I'm not exaggerating when I say that they don't translate anything; they're like a regular earbud, but they're not noise-canceling, and you can barely hear them. When I tried to use them with a friend in Thailand who had also purchased them, we were unable to get them to work, so we worked on it for three days and read the instructions.
In your ear, it does not make sense. They force you to download the app simply to have it translate your words into text. It is not worth it to have to read what was said while attempting to converse. That's something I already do with my smartphone.
This is terrible.
