It comes with pre-installed front and rear bumpers, as well as a rear bumper I'm not sure what you mean by "fusion amp" if you mean something esoteric or unusual. If "fusion" is merely a brand name, double-check that it has line-level inputs.
They're available for purchase at Boss or on eBay.
No, I don't believe so; all Boss products are 12V. The only difference is that you'll be using a 48V to 12V transformer.

The micro SD slot was particularly appealing; you can store a lot of music on a 16GB card, plug it in, and let it play. However, when I tried to use it properly, I ran into a number of issues. To begin with, the amplifier section was a disaster, with a lot of distortion even at low volumes. If trying to play at over 50% volume the back of the unit would get Very hot and shutdown it would get Very hot and shutdown it would get Very hot and shutdown it would (I'm driving a set of Polk 61/2 marine and Kicker 61/2" marine wheels. ) I had an amp on order, so I was willing to overlook this until I tried the amp, but then I noticed other issues. The Bluetooth would be turned off. If my iPhone had been more than three years old, I would have figured it out. If not in the shade, the display would be impossible to see from a distance of several feet. It was a farce with the remote-control. You can access almost every menu option, which was nice, but you had to get so close to the unit that you might as well use the unit's buttons. Because I believe the amplifier section is defective, I returned it as defective. It's a shame, because with a little more thought put into the engineering, this could be a fantastic value.
Everything on the BOSS Audio MR632UAB Marine Weatherproof Receiver worked perfectly, with the exception of the USB port, which I desperately wanted to use. I called Boss about it, and the tech said that the USB selection wasn't connected in the radio for some reason, and that I needed to return it to Amazon for a replacement because I'd only had the radio for a week. So, Amazon's replacement policy worked out perfectly; I ordered the replacement radio online on September 23rd, and it arrived today, September 25th, with enough daylight left to connect it to my boat. As a result, the replacement radio has the same issue as my original purchase: it does not have a USB port! Now I'm going to send the original to UPS in the morning because I know Amazon won't do anything else until they get that one back, and I'll be without music on the boat until then, and I'm sure that when I can do another exchange, even that radio won't have USB. I will call Boss in the morning to see what is going on with this s@%*! and see if I can get a radio that is built to specs without having to go through Amazon. Maybe I should take a road trip to Oxnard, California, since their business is less than 100 miles from my house. In the near future, I'm sure I'll add to this review.
If you want a super high-end audio experience for under $50, look no further. So, best of luck. That being said, this unit is a steal for the money. Because I was replacing an old unit, the standard DIN installation took only 5 minutes. The sound quality is far superior to what I had previously experienced. The Bluetooth function is also very nice and easy to use. I've never had any of the proximity problems mentioned by others. It has a sleek design and a great remote control. Definitely a good investment.
For a little over a month, it worked perfectly, but now it refuses to turn on. There are no issues with the fuse, and there is no reason why it shouldn't work. Was kept safe inside the protective case. I bought a new one, and it turns on, but there is no sound! As a result, I sent it back to be repaired! I went to Academy and purchased a Kenwood for a few dollars more, and it is still working perfectly! These radios appear to be of good quality, but I suspect they are not. I don't usually write negative reviews, but these are a waste of time.
Then, while engone was running, it would do the following at random: Turned off, blasted white noise through the speakers, display froze, became extremely hot, and refused to turn off. Double-checking wiring over the Memorial Day weekend was a waste of time. I came to the conclusion that there was an internal problem, so I went back and bought another one.
However, this does not work. For the past three weeks, I've been emailing Boss customer service and warranty with no response. Because the boating season will be over before this is resolved, I'll have to find something else to do. I used to have a Boss unit that I really liked, but they're unreliable and inconsistent. Make a financial saving!.
The unit wouldn't turn on after about the second trip out to the lake; we double-checked that it had power, but it still wouldn't turn on. Now we're on the lookout for a new radio. This device is a sham! I should have listened to the reviews because it did not last and was a huge disappointment for my family, who had been looking forward to listening to it.
This item was purchased to replace my boat's stereo. I've installed other stereos before, so despite the lack of installation instructions, I had no trouble. It took about an hour for me to remove my old unit and replace it with this one. The sound quality is excellent. It's simple to connect. The price and value are fantastic. It comes highly recommended.
