Music loved by more than 20 million people
The Hi-Res Audio Certified model makes exceptional sound with 40 mm oversized dynamic drivers. This certification is only given to of the best audio devices in the world. These active noise cancelling headphones reproduce your music with enhanced high frequencies that reach up to 40 kHz for a stunning and detailed experience.
Life Q20's digital noise cancellation algorithm and four built-in ANC microphones were tested over 100,000 times using real-life scenarios to be as effective as possible when reducing ambient noises by up to 90%. Due to this, the hybrid active noise cancellation system can detect and cancel out a wider range of low and mid-frequency noises, such as those made by cars and airplanes.
1000% Stronger Bass Our exclusive BassUp technology analyzes the low frequencies in real time, resulting in an instant boost to For a more immersive listening experience, double-click on the play button when listening to bass-heavy genres such as EDM and hip-hop.
In wireless active noise cancellation mode (at 60% volume), you can enjoy non-stop playback for up to 40 hours. In standard music mode it extends to 60 hours. You can rip over 600 tracks by one charge or listen to multiple long haul flights using it as a soundtrack. You can get 4 hours of listening time by charging Life Q20 active noise canceling headphones for only 5 minutes when you're in a hurry.

Questions & Answers

What is the difference between life 2 and this?

In comparison with Life 2, the Life Q20 offers better/greater reduction of ambient noise thanks to hybrid active noise cancellation technology and the addition of an additional two To make our customers' listening experience more enjoyable, our engineers were also able to fine-tune the audio and speaker system.

If the headphones are not charged, will the aux cable work? A problem I have with this model doesn't work for me, so this is a valid ?

With the headphones connected via the aux cable, the audio will be played over the air. If you want the noise canceling and bass boost to work, they need to be turned on, even with an aux cord

Is hybrid anc what it sounds like?

In order to cancel out ambient sound, they use internal as well as external microphones. A microphone seeks out background noises and then cancels them out using a firmware filter. Hybrid headphones have both microphones on the outside and inside of the earcups, where most active noise-canceling headphones place the microphone solely on the outside or on the inside of the earcups. It's generally true that active noise-cancelling headphones with internal microphones are easier to use, but because they're generally more comfortable This is better-than- A noise-cancelling power that is optimal. Due to the fact that the microphones are on the inside, they hear what the listener hears (since they are on the inside), and for that reason they know exactly what sounds to block out without polluting the actual music. As a result, this type of approach isn't always able to handle louder noises or higher frequencies, which limits the effectiveness of the noise-cancellation. However, the opposite is true of active noise-cancelling headphones, which are equipped with external microphones. Due to their remote position, the mics tend to block out a wide range of frequencies and are therefore able to handle generally louder sounds better than inside microphones. Unfortunately, they have the disadvantage of creating more "anti-social" behaviour The result can be a loss of sound quality associated with "noise".

Is there an aux input on this device?

The headphones come with an AUX cable, so you can use them in wired mode. In order to make the headphones useful, we can use them in two ways This can be done wirelessly or via an AUX connection (in Bluetooth mode).

The product is not as high-quality as another Anker product
4/5

Even though I like and use a lot of Anker products, these don't make the cut, and for a whole lot of reasons all having to do with aesthetics and design and not much with the actual function of the product. As a primary function, they provide excellent ANC, as well as a pleasant customer service environment I would have preferred the bass better if a tad less bassy A sound that is of good In light of that, I will go over the pros and cons I observed on the first day of using them The pros are I-n- d I would like to point out that the sound quality is excellent, with some reinforcement in the midrange Mostly bass, but the bass is tight, the mids and highs are mellow, and the highs are mellow - The difference in sound quality when noise cancellation is enabled almost isn't discernable. There is no notable hiss with this feature enabled. The ANC does not truly muffle sound at 'make the world go away' levels. Some higher frequency sounds can be heard The fact that this can filter out midrange and bass sounds makes it ideal for me, as I am hoping to cancel out disturbing sounds such as air conditioning, dogs, and the rumble of airplane engines during long flights* The only thing I didn't like about them was that their ear cups are actually too small (to my taste). A comfortable fit that is neither too loose nor too tight- While the various audible and voice prompts are pleasant and at a reasonable volume, they do have one or two cons I-n- d We have a major Charging and listening at the same time are not permitted. We have a major The headphones cannot be used as a phone headset when in wired mode (they are only headphones when connected with a cable, and they do not have a microphone). These headphones are too insulative, which results in unpleasant warmth and sweating when used under relatively normal conditions (74°F / 45% RH, just sitting at computer doing work, so these would not be suitable for hot, humid, and intense activities)*. This sloppy design and rather jarring momentary enabling of enhanced bass while switching on and off ANC is just sloppy and somewhat annoying. Their creaking hinges and pivots show that it is an inexpensive product made from cheap Construction made from plastic - Their earcups are emitting light but unpleasant chemical smells, which I suspect are related to the earcup material, and at this point they aren't dissipating any faster than usual. There is a general lack of refinement in the builds I like the earcup cushions, but the point where they meet the body was wrinkled and unevenly finished. Overall, however, I can't really recommend these headphones since I think refinement and excellent build quality should be expected at a price point of $70. Please give them 3 stars if I may. As far as being able to give 5 stars, I'd do it, but since they offer excellent core functionality, I'll give them a 4 instead of a.

Q20 of the Anker soundcore life
5/5

I did not expect the Anker Soundcore Life Q20 Bluetooth headphones to be of a quality I would expect from a $60 pair. There is something to appreciate from this pair of headphones in terms of the sounds it produces, the weight, the build quality, and also the style. Look no further if you are on the lookout for an expensive sounding pair of headphones for a small price. In the following paragraphs, I will provide you with a detailed list of all the features of these headphones. Specs of the headphones* Let's start by talking about what these headphones are capable of. This pair of headphones has Bluetooth v5. That is one of the first things you will notice about them. Since they have an insanely long range and are low-energy data transfer headphones, they are perfect for long distances. It is a bit unusual for headphones to come with a 30 hour battery life, but here's the way it works. Up to 60 hours can be gotten if you turn off a couple features and don't need to amp up the volume very loudly. have a noise cancellation function, as well as a bass boost. My favorite feature of the ear cushion is that it actually goes around your ear and not just sit on top of Their sound quality and light weight make them ideal for traveling. One of the most impressive aspects of these headphones is their bass. without a desire for bass may want to look away from these, but I very much enjoyed the sound when I tested them. As well as the headphones, there was an auxiliary cord, charging cable, and a carrying I am going to address the sound features now. I'm very satisfied with the sound quality out of the box. If you are more of a bass fan, there is an option for you called Bass Up. There is noise cancellation so background noise can be drowned out. If you enable the bass boost and noise cancellation, you can obtain up to 30 hours of battery life, and if those features aren't enabled, you can obtain up to 60 hours of battery life. My personal experience with the noise cancelling feature is that I don't need it yet, and the sound is wonderful in normal mode. It is possible for these headphones to last more than 40 hours. As well as louder volumes, longer battery life will be affected. You may feel differently about these than I do, but I think they sound just as good as Beats or other headphones that cost $100 and more. There are no issues with build quality, and it is a lightweight pair of headphones that fits any size of head. Despite looking sleek, they are not cheap. The ear pads are comfortable, as is the memory foam around the ears. One of the things I like best about these headphones is the fact that they sit around my ears instead of on my ears like other headphones. I like these headphones because they are well built and very comfortable. This set of Anker soundcore life Q20 headphones is an excellent pair. The headphones I own provide a sound quality that two more expensive options provide. They are very comfortable, and they have a long battery life, so I would recommend it to those looking for an affordable pair of headphones that provide good sound quality.

This is a good value for the money
4/5

The battery life is excellent and the price is low*Cons My flight is a few times a year, and I commute with public transportation most days. I am pleased with the noise cancellation but not thrilled with the ear cups. For my regular commute, I prefer wireless headphones. I have a nice pair of IEMs for long flights, but I prefer wireless headphones for long flights. There is no doubt that these headphones do an adequate job of reducing train noise & ambient noise While there is ambient noise, you still hear the outside world (it may be somewhat quieter, but it is definitely still observable). These also have a minor issue My ears get a little sweaty when I wear these headphones for longer than 2 hours at a time. Although it isn't an issue when you're on an airplane (because it is often so cold), I did notice it when I was out and about. I find that on flights my in ear monitors do a better job of blocking out the engine noise and can block more voices (especially baby crying, which the Soundcore Q20 has difficulty blocking out). Even so, Q20 is good enough that I will use it for shorter flights instead of my expensive IEMs. Battery life is probably the biggest advantage of the Q20 over its competitors - it lasts up to 18 hours on a charge Over the past 2 weeks, I have used them for both my daily commute and a roundtrip flight and they are still in good working order. I have never owned wireless headphones with such a long battery life.

Overall, for $50 or so, I would recommend them to others. A $60 price point, I would expect sound quality to be better, noise canceling is good but not great, as well as battery life that has exceeded my expectations. It probably isn't the best option if you want to be quiet on long flights, but these are great for everyday use and the occasional '4 hour' flight.
